Very cute boutique hotel. We stayed in the suite with the minibar package, which I would recommend as drinking out in Copenhagen is very expensive. Also, they have a hotel-wide wine hour and tipple hour at late night. Friendly staff at the front desk. Good breakfast also with helpful staff. One should note that there is no air-conditioning, which is mostly fine in the summer, except we did have mosquitoes come into the window. Also there is a clock tower bell that rings every 15 minutes, even in the night, so it's not really possible to open the window at night, which led the room to get warm/stuffy. Finally, the large window from the suite into the bathroom is just kind of awkward. I think it's there to let more light in, but it needs some kind of curtain or something.

The property was conveniently located. The breakfast was very good. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. It would have been good to get a bit more information on the area at check-in. A fridge would also have been useful.

Very nice stay at a relatively affordable downtown location. It’s very close to the excellent Torvehallen market. There is a free wine and aperitif hour, as well as coffee and croissants in the morning. The breakfast buffet is great if you want to add that as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Room condition was not good and the shower was poor

The front desk staff is terrific and were welcoming and accommodating. The small lobby is comfortable with a modern vibe. The complimentary wine hour is a nice touch. Our room was average at best. It is the typical size of European hotel rooms with basic amenities. The room cleaning service was hit or miss. On our second day we received one bath towel and the garbage bin in the bathroom disappeared. The complimentary team and coffee was replaced on occasion. The last day dirty coffee cups were left in the room. The WiFi service didn’t work in our room for 2 days. This is not a big deal unless you were trying to catch up with work. SP34 is in a good location. The Skt Peders Bageri (bakery) down the street is wonderful and a must visit. The Metro is a few minutes away and we found interesting restaurants nearby. I rate SP34 as average. The staff made the stay pleasant. If we return to Copenhagen we would opt to upgrade our hotel and stay elsewhere

Poor water pressure in the shower and weak WiFi

The location is very convenient. The housekeeping can be improved but it could be an individual that we had.

The staff is friendly and helpful for keeping my luggage in the hotel. The small double room is compact but not too small, very stylish with the design furniture and lightings. My room is facing the garden where they keep the dumpsters, which is weird to me. and I can hear staff from the restaurant or the hotel cleaning up, dragging the garbage bin in the middle of night which is very noisy. Cleanliness is average. The room is over all clean, but the floor feels a bit sticky. also found a small spider on my bed. The bathroom is okay, but the shower is weirdly designed by using a shower curtain that is obviously too short to divide the wet and dry area. However it's not doing the work, water will go all over the place after a shower...

The rooms were pretty hot. Courtyard was very loud late and early. Beds were fine but the headboards were not comfortable. Price was OK and staff was very friendly.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location, loved the wine and nightcap hours ( free drink), room could have been a little cleaner and was a bit sparse, however we would definitely go back if visiting Copenhagen again

Hotel is very nice and the lobby hospitality services are very nice throughout the day. The breakfast service is excellent.

Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to main attractions. Metro stop nearby. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Nice wine happy hour. Room was clean and comfortable. Only one elevator so sometimes a wait. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Free alcoholic beverages

Even with tasteful decoration, one unprofessional staff can tarnish the entire experience, ruining the pleasant and welcoming first impressions. The initial of this female staff member at the front desk is Miss I.M. A person with such snobbish and arrogant attitude should not be in client-facing service fields. Miss I.M. could not be bothered to care about the comfort of hotel guests, only her own convenience. I question who, in their right mind, placed her at the front desk in the first place.

Gorgeous hotel in a really great location. Our room was really large and we had a great view. The interior of the hotel was really nice but our room was a little tired. There was scuff marks on the walls. The breakfast was really convenient & my favourite part was the daily juices & smoothies. The eggs were cooked just right. I loved the idea or wine hour & night cap hour.

Situated in a very nice area. Lobby and restaurant are great. The rooms are not on par with everything else though. Quite worn out and could use a refresh.

An awesome hotel where we have stayed multiple times, an also just stopped by for dinner.

SP34 is an excellent location for a base in Copenhagen. The buffet breakfast is lovely, and mostly organic. Wine hour and night cap was also a personal favourite. We upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was worth it for the free drinks. We also had children with us so the extra space was needed. Other reviewers mention the walls are quite scuffed. Yes it could do with a lick of paint and the corridors have a funny smell, but it’s still a really nice hotel, the main reception area is lovely, and location is wonderful. It’s definitely worth staying at for a base in Copenhagen. The surrounding streets have lots of lovely shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The bakery further along the street is a must!!!

Great location! Very nice lobby area with complementary happy hours where you can get a glass of wine or drinks on the house. Only downside was that the breakfast area was very crowded and messy, the staff seemed very stressed and didn’t have time to clean up the tables between guests. There was also a very bad smell in the lobby/breakfast area in the mornings… don’t know if it came from the kitchen cooking or what.

Stayed in a Suite with my wife and little kid for three nights and enjoyed it a lot. It was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, and overall well equipped. If I had to look for any negatives, it would be that the muggs had no handles, so it was impossible to hold them right after making a cup of coffee or tea. The area was peaceful, so we had no trouble sleeping at night. The suite comes with a complimentary access to an all-inclusive bar. There is a menu in the room from you can order anything and the staff will bring it to you in a few minutes time. Wonderful! The staff was very nice and fulfilled all of our requests with a smile. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Something we looked forward to every morning. All in all, we had a phenomenal stay at SP34 and if or when we come to Copenhagen again, we won't look for any other place to stay.

The Hotel SP34 is a great option for visiting Copenhagen. Central location with delicious in house dining options. The room was clean and functional. The evening happy hour and night cap were a bonus.

A really cool hotel with some amazing little perks that make for a great city break. The staff were really friendly too!
