Everything was okay except the water pressure in the shower, it was horrible this is for room 405.

My husband is in a wheelchair and I reserved Ada room. However, the bed was so high that it was very difficult to transfer from the wheelchair. The shower was suppose to be a roll in shower, but the lip at the bottom prevented access. We were not given a goodie bag. The breakfast eggs and sausage had too much water in the serving tray. Employees were polite but not friendly.

We stayed one night. We were greeted upon checkin. Checkin was easy. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but clean. The bathroom door does not have a lock. There is a train on the backside of the hotel that goes buy and blows its horn. You can hear it, but it didn't bother me. Other than that the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good with self serve waffles, pancakes, cereal, bacon & eggs. It was busy when we went down and it took a while to get a waffle since there was only one machine and they ran out of milk. Check out was quick & easy too. I'd stay here again.

Why is the Quinta still using little bottles for shampoo instead of containers on the shower wall. Too much plastic and styrafoam plates and plastic cups.

The hotel was great, everything was very clean. We had breakfast and it was great. The only con was that the WiFi and reception were horrible anywhere in the hotel.

I ask 2 days in row clean the room. Nothing was done. I stay in dirty place.

Unfortunately we had auto problems, and requested a late checkout. We were told until 11:30, which was only 30 minutes after regular checkout. Why? They don’t allow check in until 3:00. We’re from Texas and a long way from home. I’ve stayed at other hotels and requested late checkout and was allowed to stay until 1:00 or 2:00. We asked at 7:30AM
Unfortunately there is no customer service anywhere any more, but I feel in this situation we deserved some care and courtesy.

We had reservations for 4 nights. It was good overall especially for the price. The only 2 things that were eh was the smell of our room being next to the gym kinda smelled like gym socks and the light coming in from the window at night. The staff was really friendly and the manager was very nice. They had great breakfast and were very accommodating. We missed staying our 4th night because of an unexpected hospital stay. We will definitely be back again next time we’re in town

I booked the hotel executive suite, this was my second time this month I stayed here at the Quinta. The first time I stayed this month there was no room service and this second time I stayed in the exec. Suite I also didn’t receive it. We needed towels, trash taken out and the room to be fixed. The room service is the only thing I would point out as negative. The staff is amazing! I love the attention and detail they carry out whenever I have a question or if I am buying something. The engineer or maintenance worker that helps fix like the washer and. Ice machine is magnificent . The front desk gals are always happy and friendly l. The bar and the music as well as the breakfast that is served makes La Quinta my go to places when starting for the Jehovah’s Witness Convention.
