Our stay was great. The hotel was very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the staff at the front desk were very nice and they even gave us fresh baked cookies when we arrived. The hallways were extremely warm amd the ice room was brutally hot. The 3 star staff rating is because of one employee who was very rude to my daughter when she ordered a tea from the bar. All in all I would stay there again!

Friendly staff, good amenities

I really liked the front desk service and the bartender in the hotel restaurant. All were very friendly and helpful! The room is clean, comfortable, and has nice soaps!

Our stay was good. The only negative was the refrigerator in our room didn't work and the carpet needs cleaning. Overall it was good. The staff was very nice and the food in restaurant was good.

The staff was friendly & professional.

I liked that they had available rooms, 10 minutes later all were booked. Adults couldn’t use the pool, kids were playing volleyball in it.

The staff were helpful and pleasant, especially Makai and Stacey.

I was put in a wrong room … requested a king suite but was booked in a plain king. Front desk said they could do nothing. Then after I totally unpacked, GM called to offer me something from their sweet treats area… big woop! That wasn’t a couch for my son to sleep on. Luckily other family members allowed him to sleep on their sofa. When GM realized they were going to get bad review… suddenly she was trying to switch things around to give me new room. I informed her I had already unpacked and made other arrangements. Every time I was with my family she made an appearance which was rather annoying and very unprofessional given the situation.

The hotel is very nice. Very nice decor inside rooms. Love the two room suite, comfortable bed, rooms were kept clean, nice people, love star bucks inside. However, I have it as a 4 star because I was unaware of a $150 incidental fee/deposit, although I paid my hotel stay in advance. This hotel holds a $50 per night upfront incidental deposit when checking in regardless if paid in advance or not. Upon checking out the hold will be released and deposit return to your card 5-7 days after checking out. Just a FYI for those who may not know this. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel

I wouldn’t call this hotel upscale, but it did seem to be the best or one of the best hotels in the area. It’s in a decent location. Everything you could need is nearby (groceries, shopping, food, etc.). Checking in was pretty seamless and fast. Hotel lobby and outdoor area are clean and pretty nice lounge areas. The bar is nice as well. The outdoor pool area is pretty decent. I just had a few issues… The room was clean but when the sheets pulled off the bed I could see stains. Parking is a bit of a mess. If you leave and come back late at night you’ll have trouble finding a spot. I had to circle for about 10 minutes after midnight until someone fortunately left. I saw cars parked in the check-in driveway which blocked it completely. If anyone was checking in at night they have to pull up to the door then back out because cars blocked it. The hotel food was also horrible. I would not recommend. To be fair we only ordered one entree- chicken parm and it was not good by any measure and it is wayyy overpriced for the quality you get. Other than I had a great stay and honestly would stay again. It’s about 30 minutes from downtown or any beaches but if you don’t mind that drive and want to be away from the busy tourist areas this is a solid pick.

Ive stayed here b4 and enjoyed but in 2024 the quality has gone down tremendously, I'm disappointed and will never stay here again (HH member). Sheets had little hairs at the foot of the bed, asked for sheet to be changed at 2am upon my arrival. Tub drainage needed to be cleaned on day 2. When I got home I broke out with bed bug bites all over my arm. Room 105 facing the pool. Be careful PLEASE.

Great location and Value

I would definitely stay there again. Disappointed in the lack of front desk friendliness, but all my questions were answered.

Not the best double tree! AC didn’t work. Had to switch rooms, Only (1) person working front desk. Room could use updates. Coverage tile missing in the bathroom.

The only negative thing is, it said a separate room with sleeper room but it was really in the same room. I was looking for privacy from my adult children and that wasn’t the case

Sketchy, and no one answers the phone at the front desk

The hotel needs some serious updating! Our air and fridge were not working properly. We called the front desk multiple times and never received any help. We were also given a half roll of tissue for a family of four to use. In order to get more, we had to go to the front desk. The not so friendly lady working the desk was not helpful at all.

The staff was friendly and polite.

Really like this property for our stay. Clean, good parking, near the outlets and multiple shopping locations. Bed was comfortable. I didn’t have a drink there but saw several folks sitting at the bar watching a game and having drinks. Nice lobby area.

The hotel doesn’t have the a/c on in the hallways and elevators which makes it extremely hot every time you need to step outside your room. The lobby is great and the room has nice large windows but the beds are extremely small in the double bed room so I won’t be returning.

The water pressure in our bathroom sink was terrible! The front desk female was not the friendliest, she just seemed to be there just for a job, however Richard at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! Won't be staying here again.

The room was ok. Definitely in need of a few upgrades. Our shower handle fell off mid shower. The shower was luke warm. The air condition unit was very loud and when we entered the room the tv was not working due to cords being unplugged. I guess from a previous guest. If you’re looking for a room that is right off the highway then sure but I will not be back.
