We reserved through Hotels.com for an accessible room and did not get placed in one first night. We had to move for second night and because Hotels.com made us book a separate night for 3rd night we had to ask lodge to help us stay in same room after getting somewhat embarrassed. The reservation wasn’t handled very well.

Great place to stay. Clean comfortable quiet and a great view. Great restaurant. Wish I could have tried the pool.

Great resort. Very clean. Safe location. TV & Internet work great. Room has great view of mountains and Snake River. Very quiet location. Indoor pool and hot tub are very nice. Only downside is no elevator to our second floor room. But I gladly trade that for the better views from the second floor. Location is close to restaurants and a supermarket.

Clean, decent room. Bathroom door didn’t latch, and no couch like it showed in the pics of the room, otherwise was fine.

This resort is pretty cool, everything you need in one area and the pricing is the best value we have found in star valley.

Nice place, clean and quiet. Super friendly staff. Only negative would be dated furniture in room. But for the price, it’s a great stay!

Check in was nice and easy and the woman was helpful and courteous.
My only complaints include that a pick up truck with a utility trailer parked parallel directly in front of our ground floor unit, so our view was of a utility trailer. And the parking area lights were extremely bright so we had to lose the curtains.

Restaurant seemed expensive so we did not give it a try. Luckily there are someone affordable places to eat less than a mile away (we went to Driftwood Pizzeria which we enjoyed). Staff was all extremely friendly and the beds were comfy

Staff was incredible. Check in was seamless. We got there after hours but our room keys were waiting for us. Very clean. The onsite restaurant was wonderful.

the dining was closed no food at this place had to drive to the gas station to get a sandwich plus no food in the morning also the address is wrong maps put me 2 miles in the wrong direction!

For the prices you charge there should be a hot breakfast offered. Even ran out of coffee before breakfast time us up.
The check in person at night was great, the morning person not so much,a little smile goes a long way.

It was a weekend get-away for us, to see the Fall Foilage, in Jackson, Teton Valley and Star Valley. We loved it there and will go back again to Flying Saddle resort. We loved that there was a restaurant on the property tool Great food and good service!

It was a beautiful location with amenities like a gym. The prices are a bit high considering its distance from Jackson.

Great place to stay! An older resort type campus, but it is well maintained with friendly employees. Beautiful location!!! Roomy, clean room with comfy beds. A surprisedly good “come & go” breakfast bar.

We settled in Alpine and drove back-and-forth to Jackson and the grantee Todd's National Park. The resort was lovely, however, the hot tub wasn't hot and the gym was very small.
But the room was very nice, very large. And quiet

Wonderful place to stay. Short but beautiful 30 minute drive to Jackson. Great food and atmosphere was amazing! Highly recommend this stop on your travels!

A wonderful small town hotel nestled against the mountains providing a beautifully themed lobby, clean cozy rooms, restaurant, and more. If you're passing through or vacation here, this is a great little stop where you can feel safe, comfortable, and relax during your travels. Our only regret is not being able to enjoy the hospitality longer.

Great place to stay! Having a restaurant and Tavern onsite was very convenient and the food was very good!! Hotel was very clean but the carpets in the rooms were stained and could do with being replaced! Other than that we had a great stay with them!! I would stay there again for sure!

Hotel.com needs to get it together. This place was so filthy and the staff rude and didn't care making excuses for the filth not resort quailty.
