This hotel needs alot of TLC. Freeway traffic noise not so good. Would I stay again? Maybe. Oh breakfast was good.

Room was clean and nice. Good price and a free shuttle to airport. Also 1 free week of parking then $8/day if you leave your car longer. Toilet valve did not work properly so had to take lid off to adjust after each flush. Heat/ac unit also on fritz. Took cover off at advice of staff to look for reaet button and found a wire connection unplugged. They offered a new room but we declined due to late hour and already having unpacked.

The room smelled horribly of mold, sheets were too big for the bed, phone didn’t work, my mom had to change rooms because her TV didn’t work. 1 of the receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all!

This is a well-kept hotel near the interstate with wonderful customer service & staff. Feels safe when you’re inside.

I really don't have any compliments other than there wasn't a telephone in our room also the volume on the TV wouldn't work, we did tell the front desk and were told it was because they are remodeling the rooms.
I had requested a wheelchair accessible room and they made all the accommodations that they could for me. We will definitely book with you again.

Great, convenient hotel near my conference. Free breakfast was good. Quiet hotel; ask for a room on the backside of the hotel if freeway noise bothers you.

There were several people around the front desk when we arrived. Apparently, they were employees and they seemed confused as to who should wait on me. So I waited. The key would not unlock the outside door closest to our room. The place is almost impossible to get to without GPS.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and the staff is always great! The property seems to be falling apart. The exterior key reader didn’t work. There were security doors propped open with bricks that were supposed to be kept closed at all times. The first room they gave me was a mess with towels everywhere and the air conditioner disassembled. The ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and quick to get me another room. Another room on that level had blowers airing it out. I don’t know if there was a water issue or what. But that being said, the rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable and the staff is always nice. I also appreciate the well lit parking lot.

This place was great, after having a good awful experience at another hotel and making a last minute reservation here and leaving the other place, they were able and completely willing to get us checked in 3 hours ahead of time, when we requested a cab, the hotel provided us with a free shuttle that took us were we were going and even came to get us when we were done. We overslept and checked out 2 hours late and we're never bothered or rushed about it. Very kind and helpful staff, definitely worth the price.

My go to place when flying in & out of ICT. Clean, comfortable, and good breakfast. Had a couple of minor issues this trip, (stayed for a week) but all were quickly and completely resolved by staff.

It said they offered 24/7 shuttle service so we took advantage but found out on our way home they don’t offer this service until 3am Monday morning & my flight landed at 12:05 am. Had to get an Uber to take us back to the hotel to get our vehicle.

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Requested a fan due to a/c not keeping up with my needs. Was moved to a cooler, different room seamlessly. A/C nice and cold. Checkout easy peasy. Good hot coffee and even had a non-dairy milk option! Would stay again.

Great stay!! Was accommodated very nicely upon arrival and was allowed to check in many hours before the actual check in time due to my flight being early. Clean room with exceptional service.
