Amazing Trip! Great Hotel. The only place the service was lacking is at the pool area. I think they should have staff taking order from people around the pool. Drinks food ect. A lot of missed opportunities to make a lot more money out there. Just my opinion.

Construction all day by pool with very loud jack hammer noise constantly. We were never warned and no offer to make it right. When checking out, I asked what were they doing to offset noise by pool, and was given $50 credit. This should have been $50/day! There were issues checking in and getting the room I requested and paid in advance. We lost 1.5 hours on Saturday and another 3 hours Sunday until we got a decent room, although still far from elevator. We had no housekeeping 2 days in a row and had to ask for towels. Chad, bellhop was amazing as well as Cheryl at the bar. Unfortunately, front desk staff was hit and miss, but most condescending and unempathetic was Mallory, who made the first 2 days of our anniversary week frustrating.

It was an excellent stay, the service was of the highest quality, it was wonderful, thanks to much to all the staff.

Staff was constantly cleaning common areas. Beds were very comfortable and the AC was strong. Rooms were spacious. Best shower ever. 6 top notch restaurants right across the street. Beaches were well kept. Pool was clean. Staff always polite & helpful.

This property had beautiful views to dining options, where Mason the staff in the gift shop was super nice and most of the staff that were cleaning around the property were great. The front desk staff that checked us in was a little shaky need to work on their service.

Pool, beach and restaurant were very nice and all had easy access and very friendly staff. Room was ok however the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Everything is perfect, the pool seemed to be very crowded at times and the food is a bit overpriced for what you get (coming from a restauranteur) , other than that everything is amazing.

We’ve been coming to this Hilton off and on since 1999. However, NEVER in all my stays did I experience such awful uncontrollable guest behavior not meeting to Hilton standards. There was a group of people acting and dancing indecently and provocatively in front of family and small children; but the worst part was when the man in the group dropped his trunks and showed his backside to everyone. They were very disrespectful of the rules and drinking beer out of glass bottles by the pool- an enormous hazard to the other guests inclusive of small children. We only booked for 1 night this time and normally enjoy our stay (hence booking here for so long) but this experience really left a bad impression as to how Hilton is running things in general when it comes to guest behavior. I think that group may have been asked to leave but it was not clear and I can only presume others complained as well. I will think about staying here again and I am looking into other hotels as a result. It’s a real shame 😞

Good family place to vacations

All staff were extremely friendly and efficient!

Busy tourist hotel. Too dirty around the pool area and restaurant patio. Every open table had not been wiped down. Rooms were nice. Had an incredible bellman, David, who went above and beyond. Beautiful area.

Really liked this property with the exception of the service that wasn’t great but the ladies at the market next to the restaurant that were the nicest people in the property.

Great Place Confortable and Kid Friendly

This is not a resort, very limited dining on site. We were underwhelmed by the king ocean view room , it was a joke. We had a partial view of the ocean and full view of the building full of patios directly across fom our patio. The whole experience was terrible. We will never stay at another hilton hotel.

very nice but $35 a day to park a little steep. also would prefer an all in price up front ie resort fee, parking,local taxes .overall a good experience and would come back.

Excellent staff

I liked the property, but the beach sand was full of sea shells. I recommend you bring water shoes.

For the stay price it could have been better....our room had no significant views...

Night Clark was rude Blonde white female New front desk agent Joe assigned us a room with people inside the room it was extremely embarrassing. He also gave us the wrong keys we could not get in and had to go back to the lobby three times There was credit applied to our account for the inconvenience but this is the principle that matters Pool areas were nice including Jacuzzis

We liked the easy and quick access to the beach. There were restaurants and a Publix in close proximity. The area was beautiful but while we were there the water was very cloudy.

Great customer services and property really clean
