Great location, excellent service!! But. . everything extra is VERY expensive. $60.00 for a room service pizza with no drinks, that was cold and quite poor quality. Beer at $12.00 each, plus room service charges. But the worst was parking. Do not drive here! Take Uber! Charge was $71.00 a night!!! Nearly $300 for a 4 night stay!! The location is great though, right across the street from The Beverly Centre and a CVS (cheap beer!) and it feels safe. Uber is plentiful or Waymo (driverless!! Scary thought!!) if youre brave enough! But The Grove is only a 15 minute walk. Plenty of independent restaurants/bars within walking distance. The Sofitel staff deserve a mention. They are ALL truly 5 star!!

I stay here a few times a year. It’s a nice hotel in a great location.
On the downside, it is a little dated, and the food there is good but very expensive. Example, $30 additional to add chicken to your salad.

Great location… Across from the Beverly Center! Great shopping there… Restaurants nearby to give good options for eating… Overall, very very nice place… Wish they weren’t under construction! That was the only drawback

Stark. Minimalist. The “superior” room we were given was very basic. Small with 2 double beds pushed up against the wall. The beds were hard but sleepable. This pillows had lost any support. Our room was near the elevator so noisy late into the night. The towels were not soft (felt like they had been starched). The staff however was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was a provided an excellent breakfast. The location was excellent across from the Beverley Center. Too many other choices to come back but I hope others find this useful.

It’s a fabulous high end hotel with spacious rooms and elegant decors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s located in the heart of Beverly Hills walking distance to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very helpful and willing to help out with whatever we needed. Our room was of the Hollywood hills which was beautiful at night. Our King size room was 375square feet which we always enjoy a little bit more room. And most important after cleanliness is the comfort of the king which was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was a safe in the room and coffee maker. The complimentary water also nice. No refrigerator except one full of beverages that if you opened you had to pay. We were to be at Cedar Sinai for the evening and next day and we appreciated this hotel being within walking distance about 5 minutes from the hotel.

It’s was a great hotel with lovely amenities. The room was really nice, the pool is a distance from the common areas of the hot and rooms but once you get there it’s really private with lots of cozy seating areas.

I love this hotel. The rooms and beds are really comfortable and everything is clean. There is filtered water on every floor. Some areas of the hotel could do with a facelift (eg the red couch in front of the bar/restaurant and pool area), but overall this is a lovely hotel in a great location.

After checking in and getting the room key, I had to ask where the elevator was. Very dark, one can be disoriented easily. Rooms do not have usb cable charging, no detail map of the hotel is given nor what menu for room service was provided. The beds were horrible! No bucket for ice to fill. Staff was friendly at a price. Very disappointed. Way over priced. I do not recommend.

As usual, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible. The rooms are cozy and welcoming and dang - the bed was so comfy I recouped a nasty jetlag shock with 11h of sleep. Maybe there's better hotels in LA, who knows. But I'm not gonna budge from this one.

It was my 50th birthday on 30th August and the hotel could have sent me a greeting to the room or offered a complimentary bottle of water but did nothing. For the last 20 years I have stayed at a hotel on my birthday and this is the first hotel not to send me best wishes despite being a member of All/Accor

Great place and will stay there again. Gym is fantastic for a hotel. Mountain View room is great but only in on 8th floor or above. We were on the 5th and directly over a ventilation of the restaurant so was too noisy and smelly to enjoy with the doors open

Awesome place to stay at, at walkable distance to many shops and restaurants and next to Beverly Hills center. Got treated like royalty by staff indeed would stay again!

From the moment we arrived the staff were there to greet us, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was in a very convenient location for me because I was going to Cedars Sinai ( walking distance). We also found time to explore the giant shopping center and found a great restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. I was very happy with my stay there and would definitely return.
