Hotel is not in a good area. Lots of homeless people hanging around hotel even inside. Front desk people are actually behind plexiglass. Tv dis not have remote and when I went down to front desk she apologized and gave me a new remote but it did not work.

I rented a room through Hotels.com and the Baymont could not find my reservation and then charged me for the stay.

I was attempting to contact the property ahead of time and no one answered. When I arrived at my check in time (3:30pm) I was not welcomed by anyone working the front desk. The property looked abandoned and I had to wait a significant amount of time for someone to arrive and check me in.

Showed up at 2 for a 530 football game in Ft collins. They had a strict 3pm check in policy. Once 3pm arrived, there was a long line. 15 minuites later we get checked in and there was onlt 1 BR even though I reserved a 2BR on Expedia/Hotels.com. The propoerty was sold out as were all the near by proporties. Expedia/Hotels.com do not have a phone number to call and we were late. I had to secure additional lodging after the game at 9pm.
Finally found a virtual agent on the app (not intuitive at all) and after another 20 mintues on hold they offered me $25 for a $170 reservation. I did not take it Zero stars for Expedia.

No ac carpets floor very dirty bugs got bit in my leg by multiple bugs tv didnt work till they got a new cord the lamps didnt work staff were all druggies but manager

Will not be staying here again, the bed was not comfortable at all and there were bed bugs as well, we did not enjoy out stay at all.

This place is a dump in the hood! Homeless people everywhere outside, sketchy neighborhood, not clean or kept at all. I am not positive the pictures are from this hotel or stock photos. I was scare to leave my car overnight and happy to make it out safe the next day.

You could feel the springs in the mattress, carpets stained and peeling paint on walls.

It was a busy night which is understandable however my room's microwave was extremely dirty, the lamps did not work, staff was stressed due to lack of clean rooms and the TV did not work

First off, the people working at the hotel were very nice and helpful. That being said, we felt like the rating and description online were misleading. The hotel was overbooked and they were turning away people when we showed up. We did get a room, but it was tiny and only had two double beds instead of two queens. That made for a close couple of nights for four adults sharing a room. The hotel is in need of updates and is somewhat threadbare. Also, people need to know that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to haul your bags up and turn from the third floor.
The main thing the hotel has going for it is the staff who are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. The pictures and ratings on the websites are misleading so be warned.

I had two confirmed rooms at this hotel but when we arrived rooms were not available. We searched several hotels and finally found two rooms at Days Inn. Very unprofessional service. Now it is back to Hilton and Marriott. Out with Wyndham and Expedia.

It appears that this property is home to a lot of long term residents that party all night long, have children running around all night and just in general make it hard to sleep. The microwave wasnt functional. In the room were used bottles of body wash. The walls and windows are so thin that you can hear every car and every step. Unless you sleep like a rock dont stay here.

Check in was easy and the staff so friendly. It had a bed and breakfast feel to it as the place is run by a family with kids. They have a modest breakfast

My stay here was extremely pleasant. The staff is inviting and friendly and made my stay comfortable. Scarlett, Mario and Mimi were amazing and went above and beyond as well as followed all ADA requirements for my service dog and I making our stay seamless.

We did not realize this hotel was in an unsafe area. There were many long-term residents that were loud and unruly. Kids were riding bikes in the hallway. People were playing loud music. We ended up checking out and not staying. We did not feel safe given the type of people that were using this hotel as their home.

I communicated to the hotel weeks ago that I would be checking in late. Paid for a room with 2 queens. They only had 1 room with 1 queen when I arrived late. I hope I do not get charged for this. This is the 3rd time Hotels.com has fumbled a reservation for me. The last time I ended up paying for an extra room at the hotel, and never got compensated. I'm done with hotels.com

The desk clerk was very nice. When we went to our room, the AC wasn't working. She gave us another room, in which it was. The bathroom wall was really dirty. When we went down for breakfast, they had waffles but no plates to eat them on. Also, no knives for spreading butter.

We had been driving for 16 hours. It was 1am in Denver, but we had also lost an hour crossing the Kansas/Colorodo border. We had made reservations 4 hours earlier, trying to gauge how far we could make it on the road on our trip back to Idaho. When we arrived at the Baymont property in Fort Collins, CO, we were told there were no rooms and to call whatever 3rd party company we had gone through to get relocated to another hotel. After an hour of trying to talk to someone in person (now 2am) They refunded our money and transferred us to a different 3rd party for the reservation. The reservation desk had no itinerary number to go off of because it had been deleted. We ended up with no hotel room that night and slept with 4 kids in our van at a rest area in Wyoming... Does that sound like anyone had our back?

Expedia overbooked the property. I did not have the room I paid for. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes to process a refund that will take 7-10 days and I got and nothing in return for your mistake.

Beds were not comfortable. Took forever to get hot water TV would not work half the tiime. Was put on third floor when I requested a downstairs room when made the reservations at the end of may. And there was always a marijuana smell very heavy smell on third floor. Will never stay there again .

The staff was amazing, they kept the place clean an orderly under challenging conditions.
The price was fair, the neighborhood kind of sucks, but its safe and everyone is nice.

We stayed at this motel June 28- June 30. Staff was amazing made you feel like family always greeting you upon arrival and departure. We stayed in room 110 and it was clean and everything worked great the room was quiet the shower was amazing. Mario and his staff make this motel. We thank you again

The hotel itself was clean. Room was decent. Good water pressure in the shower. The building is "no smoking", which we loved but, every time we came in or left there was a crowd of people, workers and their friends,right outside the door smoking so we had to walk thru a cloud of smoke. The elevator was not working so we got our steps in going to the third floor. The vending machines all had hand written "out of service" signs on them and the ice machine was not working.

The front desk service lady was extremely rude. There are a lot of drug addicts and alcoholics that stay at this hotel. They had to have police called several times when we were there. The elevator was totally broken and out of service. They're so-called breakfast was non-existent and what was there was old. The rooms do not look like they have had anything ever fixed I don't think they've ever been touched by a maintenance person. Holes in the ceiling drawings on the walls. Paint flaking off the ceiling. Air condition cover broken. The beds were very flimsy. One of the covers had stains. And there are mold nasty stains on the wall.

Booked a double queen room through hotels.com. Get there and they give us a double full size room and state that there is no queen beds in the whole hotel. Blames hotels.com “they need to change that”

The elevator was not working. I am almost 77. It was somewhat difficult getting things to my room. The person working the front desk did carry my suitcase for me. I have trouble with your website that there was no offer for senior discount or disabled rooms. The outlet was not working properly near the sink. It was difficult for me to use my water flosser. I was not able to get ice. There was no coffee creamer for coffee in the morning. So many more then on problem. They could make any refund or discount becuse I did not book directly.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful but when we got back to the hotel after the event, we attended there wasn't any parking at this or any of the neighboring hotels. The gentleman at the front desk told us that we could park right outside the front doors in the drive lane.
I've stayed at other Wyndham locations with a favorable experience. The only 'Wyndham' quality this hotel had was the staff.
