The hotel is in a great location. It was close to everything we needed. The front desk was polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The only problem was there was a hockey team staying at the hotel and the kids were in the hallway playing and making noise for hours. From morning to evening. So if you wanted to rest in your room, you couldn’t. There is not enough parking downstairs in the garage so one night we had to park outside but we’re not given clear instructions beforehand. Other than those issues, I would have given it another star.

Check in was slow and lady no welcoming smile. Hade reserved for one adult , one 6 year old a two teenagers 16 and 17. The lady changed our room assigned to us a gave us a room with issues. A cracked window, a broken security lock, and water damage in bathroom. (Bottom of bathroom door). Only 2 sets of towels had to ask for two more on both days of our stay. On the first day was alone in room with my 6 year old and a man open our door without knocking. Didn’t get to see who cause when I said hi thinking it was the two girls he excused himself saying wrong room and closed the door. Went and inform front desk about all the issues but never had a comeback. Didn’make us feel safe. I told them about security lock thinking they would send someone to have it fixed but no one came.

The room is roomy and clean. It is modern. However, sleeping was uncomfortable, because the pillows are too hard.

For the use of one night, hotel did the job! Room was clean and comfortable but that being said, hotel needs to refreshed as a lot seemed outdated and worn. Very hard to get to underground parking.

The Floor of the room was so dirty, that after 5 minutes of walking barefoot, m'y feet were black !!!!!

The parking under the hotel is not goodnother than that very nice staff, so convince to old quebec city, hotel surrounded with restaurant, gas station right next to it

Large hotel, larges rooms, indoor pool, good WIFI, restaurants on main floor.
Elevator is far froom the entrance, the garage is very narrow and the roof is low, my pick-up did not fit in it, some parking outside.

Great place to stay and reasonable price. Just hop on the bus out front of the hotel which will take you right to old Quebec City. Had everything we needed. Clean and beds were comfortable. A bit dated. Overall great stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is long overdue for renovation and clean up. Our room was old and not super clean. Only good thing about the hotel is the pool and free ( very tight ) parking

Le lit était tellement inconfortable et les oreillers aussi. On a super mal dormi. Dommage. Personnel très sympathique et emplacement pratique.
The bed was not comfortable at all and so were the pillows. We slept horribly. Too bad. Staff was really nice and the location is great.

Average experience at the property. Not properly cleaned ahead of check-in, bathroom had maintenance issues - water clogged in both the facewash sink & bathtub. Took a while to get all these sorted.
Otherwise an okayish stay, accessible parking and good location - next to Walmart, McDs and shopping malls.

Stayed two nights. First night, the bed sheet was dirty, and was eventually replaced with an apparently clean sheet only after several tries. Second night, the AC was noisy and couldn't be shut down. The solution offered by the duty manager was moving to either a lower grade room without any compensation or a higher grade room with an additional and substantial charge, which was considered reasonable by the unapologetic manager.

Hotel Classique is a great place to stay in St. Foy, west of old Quebec City which is a 20 minute bus ride. Hotel gave us 3 day bus passes. Super reception, room clean with amenties and great view - we had upper floor balcony. No complaints.

Good location. Property needs a little renovation, rooms are rather dated and old TVs. Nice views from window room were clouded by dirt collected on windows. A little cleaning would beautify it much more. Staff was attentive and great. Great bakery 5 minutes away.
