Beautiful facility other than the over flowing trash in front of the lobby entrance. Also, check in is 4 even though their website says 3. They’re supposed to fix it.

This hotel is straight out of the 70’s. The shower and sink did not drain. Room 329. With all the choices in the area, this is one to avoid.

Air conditioning didn’t work in room, hotel is run down and they’re telling everyone they’re not trying to fix anything because they’re tearing down and rebuilding hotel next year.

My husband and I met up in Asheville and stayed at the Doubletree Hilton. It was the perfect location for us. The lobby was welcoming, the rooms large, the showers nice and hot, and the beds super comfy. We were very happy we stayed here.

This is ages property. Surprised the location has Hilton name still on it. The exterior is great, even the banquet area and entrances.
The rooms were very dated. Maybe original. Bed was not in good condition…you know…”sleep holes” Lamp being held up by chair. Sofa couch cushions sunk into couch.
Just felt grungy from old drapes.
I would not go back. Over priced.

I would have rated the hotel stay excellent EXCEPT for one thing and it was irritating...the elevator nearest our suite was OUT OF ORDER. The walk from the only working elevator was LONG....to the lobby, to the hot tub, to the restaurants, to the Biltmore....FIX IT! I would definitely ask if I was to ever stay with you again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I rate them highly, and they were great.
The hotel was clean, but that’s probably its best point.
The hotel itself was dated and needed upgrades. The walls are paper thin and we heard everything from alarm clocks, conversations and even a guest vomitting an entire night. The beds are worn and uncomfortable. There was cold air blowing in under the air unit and we couldn’t get the thermostat to adjust.
Overall we wouldn’t stay here again-it was disappointing to pay that much and be so uncomfortable.
