The hotel is between the train station and the major sites so location wise, it works well. Breakfast was good. The airconditioner wasn't great although it's summer. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. Would recommend

The location is great to walk around. The food market is open next door to eat. Mezquita is 20 min walk. Old town is across the park. Car was easy to park in front (but there os a reasonable garage too).

Very nice and central hotel. We enjoyed the small pool area, but there should be more sun beds and chairs. Very nice breakfast.

Room was extremely tiny, zero amenity in the room. allowed only 1/2 hour time slot for breakfast, while wasted 5 to 10 minutes just to wait for the elevator to get to breakfast room

Good room with large terrace. Good breakfast, girl at breakfast very good. Other staff adequate. Very easy to walk to Mezquita (approx 20 mins) and old town, very near railway station (10mins). Enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Was on the 5th floor with a large patio, two lounger chairs and a pleasant view.
Large comfortable bed and good mini fridge that kept things cold. Large room safe and good quality toiletries. Very good breakfast with the best choice of pastries we have seen. Hotel in convenient location. 10 minute walk from station and 10 minute walk to centre of the city.

Property was very basic. No chairs on the balcony. Only 1 chair in the room. A/C didn’t work in the room.

Check-in and check-out was quick. Room was comfortable. The location was great. The hairdryer in room was non-functional but they lent us another one at reception in a minute. We enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was delicious, variety of choices, quickly suplied if anything was missing.

Upfront disclosure, don’t give reviews unless the hotel/experience was either, excellent or a disaster.
Unfortunately, this one was the latter.
The hotel claims air conditioning but it was not on in the entire hotel because the ownership did not consider it summer yet we were informed by the front desk. Staff was apologetic but could offer nothing beyond. Seems they were used to upset guests.
It was a HOT miserable stay. Lucky, it was only 1 night.
Breakfast was mediocre too.
AVOID, unless you have no other option.

The airline lost my luggage and the Sercotel staff were very helpful, they were just amazing . The hotel is very well located, close to everything , historic places, shopping places, food, supermarkets, train station. The breakfas buffet was very good , they offers from fruits, yogurts, natural juices, breads, pastries and different kind of coffees and more. Our room was clean with comfortable beds, I felt like a home after a long, long day .I definitely recommend this place.

Got a room on the 2 floor and the elevator was broken and we had no one to help us with our luggage. My husband and I had back and knee issues and it this no assistance was terrible. They should have someone to help when such situations happen. Very disappointing!!

Nice pool, great breakfast, good storage space in room. Fridge was full of items we didnt need and at least 1 of these items dissapeared. Counter space in bathroom very small. Overall room was clean but hallway carpet needed stain removal. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and the Market. Very safe and secure to walk at day/night, Room was spacious, clean, free wi-fi, etc. From the rooftop pool has a nice view. We had a great time in Cordoba.

The hotel service was great- we were able to check in early, receive a friendly and courteous staff, spacious double room (with a very large bed), with cleanliness and a great view of Cordoba university.
The hotel was 15-20 min walking from town but very very close to Mercado Victoria which was a great food market (try the Moroccan food!) and about a 10-15 min walk from the bus ride.

4 day stay in Cordoba. Really enjoyed the city and the historical sites. Plenty to see and do and the hotel was ideally situated and was only 5 mins walk from the train and bus stations. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and provided a good start to the day. Unfortunately the swimming pool and pool area were closed at the time of my visit and I had been looking forward to using the pool. Perhaps advance notice on the website would have helped manage expectations. The room allocated was on the 1st floor and although spacious and comfortable did not have a great deal of natural light.
