When I came inside for check-in nobody was at the front, i had to take a sest before someone finally showed up. At check out I asked the gues service agent for assistance with having a trolly be sent to my RM and she never bothered to see my requwst through and when i followed up with her on it she seemed confused at the mention of it and totally uninterested in Trying to do anything about it nkw that it was addreesed to her in person vs over the phone when the request made

Very poor asked when i booked if i could have esrly check in was advised yes. Was then made to wait 4 hours for room. Room was dirty 2 days no room service I asked for room service they said we will have to see if they are to busy. This is no way to run hotel

Hotel needs renovations too old but the staff is excellent and prompt

Over all awesome experience , only issue i had was that there where ants here and there .

I like the room and the service but I did not like was During breakfast, a small tray for serving eggs and many people in a small area.

The staff were all nice from the front desk to house keeping.

I LOVE this particular location. Everyone atbthe front desk remembered us from our last stay in May. The lobby is clean and the ice water with fruit slices is a pretty and appreciated detail

It’s old. Someone was smoking weed! After I alerted the front desk nothing happened. The cafe was not open! It was all bad!!!! Last day ANTS in the room on desk!

Have stayed here many times. Always good service, clean, friendly staff, great location. The shuttle to Sawgrass is very convenient.

The property was great especially the distance to restaurants and shopping.

The overall stay was nice besides not having a microwave in the room because we travelled with a 1 yr older it was a disadvantage.

My stat was just what I needed. It was great!

For the most part, the stay was good. The restaurant closed without warning on Sunday which sent things into an uproar for us. The reason we stayed at this location was because it had a restaurant. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the location. It would be nice to have a menu given at check-in. Rarely does Marriott disappoint.

It was very nice and clean; however, I did wish the pool was deeper. Other than that it was great and i would stay again.

The only thing is that when I book the room in the early morning have to wait they told us 4PM but I wait only until 1PM which was ok because the environment was clean it’s a good experience that I would make me go back even my daughter was comfortable Thank you.

To be honest we would not stay here again. Not what you would expect at a Marriott. We went down for breakfast the first morning. $35 for two 2-egg breakfast and one orange juice that took 25 minutes to come out of the back. The eggs were fresh served with cold potatoes, cold bacon and cold toast. We thought ok . . . we’ll just eat out somewhere tomorrow. We returned that night around 11:00 to find an uncleaned room. When we called down to the front desk we were told it was only every other day. We were not informed of this with the reservation or at check in. We followed the in room instructions to leave used towels on the floor for replacement. We also used up the coffee supplies that morning. I went down to the desk to ask for fresh towels and supplies to use the coffee maker the next day. Stopped at the desk the next morning to request that the room be cleaned that morning and it finally was. Marriot members . . . so we expected something better here. Very disappointed.

Upon our arrival, there was no one available I had to wait 20 minutes to check in. The room appeared neat and clean. The next day there was ants was ants everywhere. We returned to our room a few hours later only to find the room was not clean and bed not made, no clean towels. I called the front desk about the condition of the room. The manager said they only cleaned and changed the rooms if you’re staying 3nights or more. I was very disappointed with the service we received.

The air condition unit in the room was very very loud and not cooling properly, the pillows were horrible very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Receptionist was rude, wanted me to wait until check in time which was at 4 because I am not a club member and it was 2:55pm.

Staff was courteous and helpful
