This hotel has a very nice lobby. The rooms are comfortable. They needed more staff checking people in, but it was just a super busy weekend with sports teams. We would stay again.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They have allergy friendly cookies at check in now! The bed was very comfy.

The room was a disappointment on so many levels. The water took forever to get hot and then it was intermittent cold hot the windows dirty the walls in the bathroom was were not clean. The walls in the room had been colored on by previous costumers. The carpet was torn and tattered. The ceiling had water stains on them from past leaks. The cabinet door knob was missing a screw. My wife and i just wanted to get away for little stay cation. What a let down this place was

I was disappointed in this property. Being under the Hilton name I expected a cleaner space. The breakfast was highly disappointing and I’m glad we didn’t have to pay the expensive fee for it. The choices were very limited. The floors in the dining area were cleaner than the floors in the room we stayed in which was a plus since we were eating there. Unfortunately, everyone that was in our baseball group had the same experiences. We are very unlikely to come back to your facility.

Know hotel was gem when new(er) - bldg, lay-out, services, etc. Staff were genuinely willing to accomodate guests, doing their best given what was available.
Facility in overall state of disrepair. Stains - sofa, carpet, wallpapers, etc. Funky brown, splash-like stains on wall & ceiling in room. AC was obviously original unit.
All in all, however, hotel did accomplish goal of lodging & breakfast.

it was an alright stay it was quiet when we got back but the beds were ok prolly should replace them soon sex was great on it cause it was bouncy the cleanliness was good didnt see a thing wrong id stay there again

At first glance room was good but there was soap film on the shower walls (tub was great though), there was a long piece of wood hanging off the cabinet that held the fridge, the clock had wrong time and I didn’t know how the heck to fix it, usb port was broken I really needed that usb. Also the air conditioner made a pretty loud noise gurgling.

The staff was nice, but maybe there weren't enough of them because the breakfast tables were always dirty and our bed linens had some issues (dirty pillowcase, dirty/stsined duvet). Also the indoor pool deck is rough.

Nice property. Daytime staff was helpful, evening/overnight staff not quite as helpful. Parking was kind of far away from the hotel and beds weren't as comfortable as we hoped, but it was clean and quiet.

There is one restaurant in the area so plan accordingly. No complimentary breakfast. Beds super comfortable. Water pressure good even though our shower head and faucet ran at the same time. Expensive but nice.

Everything in our room was unplugged and the refrigerator was missing. The sheets had stains on it as well.

The property was easy to check into. Our room was dirty with something on the walls and shower curtain. One of the bathroom lights was out and the toilet needed three flushes until it finally flushed. The faucet for the shower was sitting on the copper pipe outside of the wall.

This was a quick trip and we just spent the night. The hotel was perfect for that. We did not really explore any.

You can tell that once it was an elegant hotel. Not any more though. The rooms are in definite need of an update. In the bathroom was a plaster tiled drop ceiling, that looked odd.
When you book with Hilton you should be confident that you are getting a top notch lodging. This place was a bit of a letvdown. Not awful but not worth what we oaid for it.

The property is set back from Westport area. Nice people! Only critique was the bathtub was super slippery (almost fell twice). I did enjoy my stay.

The Doubletree is in a great location for me. The rooms are looking tired and the windows are in desperate need of replacing. Sounded like I was sleeping on the freeway due to poor window condition

Our room was fine but our bathroom was not great. The door was painted white on the interior of the bathroom but it was very sloppily done & paint was on the floor. Additionally & more importantly, there were no hooks for towels so we had to hang them over the shower curtain rod and with 3 of us, it was challenging. Also, our refrigerator had no shelves so it wasn’t all that useful. Lastly, there weren’t enough outlets to accommodate 3 people & their technology. One outlet wouldn’t even hold the cord, so we were automatically down 2 plugs.
Aside from our personal issues, we were there with a hockey team that stayed a whole week, as we did, & they were not allowed to extend one room so their bus driver could rest. They were also told two different checkout times. How that works, I don’t know, but how do you not know what your checkout time is?
Would I stay here again? No.
