Our stay at Taj is splendid, it was mesmerising, with so many amenities, like private beach, infinity, vibrant multi-cuisine restaurant, and amazing staff.

There was an issue with the room and staff quickly resolved problem by providing another room. Service in all restaurants used was excellent. Good selection of fresh food at breakfast. Taxi service provided was wonderful. My driver was polite and drove smoothly.

We prefer more home cooked or Goan options for lunch or dinner..also non oily greasy food as option for dinner Loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff

Taj Heritage has such attentive staff, wonderful food and drinks, and probably the best hidden beach in Goa. The facilities are just picturesque perfection. I took pictures from each angle of the facility and I don’t know which is best. If for no other reason, I will return just for the open air sitting deck’s stunning view - I could sit there and read all day. The grounds are immaculately kept, the swimming pool well maintained, and my room had an incredible view of the water. The facility’s security is always present yet not intrusive, if you are a family and want peace of mind. The dining options - in and outside of the room - are quality, and they’re diverse, whether barbecue, traditional Indian, or Portuguese-Goan fusion. While in Goa, I visited other nearby upscale resorts for dinners and meetings - these shared Taj’s convenient proximity to downtown, facilities, dining options, and security. The two assets that separate Taj Heritage are it’s naturally secluded beach and it’s warm and attentive staff. A local businessman was who told me about the hotel and it’s beach - he and his son visit it often. But I was even more impressed by the staff. Goans are special people with a reputation for friendliness. At Taj, I felt like the hotel used this natural resource better than elsewhere. Staff were always politely inquiring if I needed anything, making a local’s suggestions, and just talking with me about this or that. They felt genuinely engaged with the patrons.

Good property but far from key spots and beaches although the property has a quiet beach. Rooms are ok but a bit crammed for 3 people. The breakfast was amazing. A little pricey though.

This is one of the better stays I have had in India and kudos to the Taj Hospitality team to convert my trip from ordinary to special. Breakfast experience was just about ok on both days and team needs to work had to live up to the brand name of Taj Hospitality. Lunch experience on the 2nd day was very dissappointing but post my feedback Executive Chef Balaji and his team did an awesome job to make us feel special and this experience made my visit memorable. The location to the property is unbeatable with massive open spaces to walk around and relax. The pool area is excellent and one can spend the full day hanging around there. The range of restaurant options is excellent and one need not worry to step out of the resort if not needed. Once again I thank Balaji and his team for looking after us.

It was a fabulous stay in Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage. the Decor of the Hotel is traditional portuguese and there is a touch of portuguese home at each and every corner combined with Goanese hospitality at its finest. Right from the point you enter the hotel there is a festivity, liveliness and happiness around with the musicians and the hostel staffs greeting you with their warmth. The care and hospitality that has been provided by this Taj hotel in particular is out of the world. I have been to many Taj properties before but this the finest so far. The live music performance starting with Mr. Ashley during the morning breakfast, the musicians who played in the afternoon and evening; the care and personal chat with the chef Amarnath Pande who attended us and literally wanted to treat us with his handmade risotto which I would have loved to taste but we missed it due to a meeting, the care by Mr. Raymond by serving us the best of Taj masala tea and each and every person who were there. We are absolutely floored. God bless you all!!! Look forward to come back over and over again to this property.

There's just one way to describe the service here - impeccable. The property is clean, well maintained, and beautiful; with direct access to the sea. The food was great, and despite the restaurants being full at breakfast time, the staff ensured everyone got their choices, and on their table. Lot of options to eat and activities at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. The beach area and rocks could be made a lot cleaner. Lot of beer bottles and plastic bottles around the rocks.

We are very happy that we booked this hotel for our stay in Goa. It is centrally located on the coast and had easy access to the beach 24X7. The hotel property, lawns, restaurants, bathrooms, health spa and gymnasium all were very clean and very well maintained, modern and upto date!!! The staff is extremely professional and almost always went an extra mile and out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and made our stay extra enjoyable. I would like to recognize the Laranja manager Rahool and front desk attendant Fiona. They both were very kind and deserve this recognition. You all have set the bar high and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Cidade de Goa team!! You all rock!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Goa and had an amazing time. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave me great recommendations for places to see and things to do. The hotel is located on the beach, which was simply stunning. I also enjoyed trying out some of the water activities, such as the Jet Ski, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, with a good selection for breakfast, and the restaurant and bar offered delicious drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Everything provided was impeccable. The rooms, view, pool and extensive breakfast buffet are something that we can strongly recommend to anyone. Special mention to the staff, especially Ms.Nikita, Mr.Suresh, Mr.Aashish, Mr.Preetam, Mr. James/Jones and other involved staff who went out of their way to make the stay and transport from Cidade very smooth. Birthday arrangements for a family member was arranged way better than we anticipated, by Ms.Nikita and Mr.Suresh and we appreciate them for the memorable gesture on their part.

The property is under renovation. Almost complete property is closed. the feeling was staying in a 2-3 star hotel. The worst part was neither the fact is mentioned on expedia not on company site

The beach which is almost like a private beach is very special. Only the room could have been slightly better rest everything was superb.

The stay was excellent Staff and services are great food is great, especially breakfast menu Considering old property, one side of a wing has elevator and othe side is not. Uts but if a walk.... after recreational activities, after outing in ciry etc. Covered parking could have been great

Amazing hospitality and service. From check in to check out they did awesome job. Room was clean, spacious and bright. Staff was very quick and efficient. Food at cafe Azul was out of the world. Our server Mahesh was super helpful. Laranja has tones of options for breakfast everyday. Property has its own private beach. Surely recommended. Would love to stay here again.
