This is a dated property that has been updated a little to meet minimum standards for this brand name. Very tight parking in places. Not recommended for trailers. hallway rugs very old but rooms seem remodeled. Rooms relatively clean but toilet wobbled on mounts. Location is RIGHT next to the interstate so it was very noisy. NO CAFFINATED COFFEE for room coffee makers, even at desk. Not cool. Tolerable but photos are misleading.

The condition of the building was as expected for a Best Western. The staff was very pleasant and engaging. My surprise was the breakfast. The size and quality of the breakfast far surpassed most any hotel I have stayed at. I will definitely stay there again.

Was recommended by a coworker to stay and it did not disappoint! I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very good and the amenities were outstanding! It’s worth staying and paying a lil extra and I highly recommend people that are looking for a good stay, to definitely check this place out! It’s a 10 in my book!!!

The stay was going well till we decided to take a shower. Upon entering the bathroom we notice the shower had hair and nice the water had started running we noticed it was not draining well. Needles to say it’s not a pleasant experience to shower with water pooling over your feet.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Room was a bit dated, but was clean. Easy access to freeway. Breakfast would be great, if they had better "scrambled eggs" ... Overall, would definitely stay here in the future! Thanks to Maritza, Frank, and rest of staff!

The place and our room is very outdated in decor. This very different from the pictures. The carpet needs to be upgraded looks dirty. Our showerhead in the bathroom ( the base) was moving a little bit. We accidentally book a room that was wheelchair accessible by mistake. The shower was in level with floor and it floods( wets) the whole bathroom floor you take a bath.
The free breakfast buffet was decent and is the standard continental fare.
The receptionist upon arrival was not very welcoming , but polite enough.
The location is next to freeway which is a blessing and a curse. The road noise from the freeway is still audible at nighttime.

Lots of parking and I loved the breakfast waffles were the best thing. Overall my stay was pretty good rooms were clean the only thing was that the room had a pretty bad smell to when I first got there but it went away once I turn on the AC. But I was pleased with everything staff were wonderful.

First room booked had a strong cigar smell. I asked to be switched. They did it with no problem.

Our bathroom sink was not draining. Somebody came up to fix it and decided it would take longer than he thought. We had to switch rooms. The room we switched too was smaller than our other room and the faucet on the bathtub was half falling off. They did have a good breakfast though. My daughter and her kids stayed there also one night when they came in there room there was a whole bunch of dirt in the bathroom sink. They did come and fix it promptly.

The reviews were great so we gave this hotel a try. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Older hotel with well worn rooms that smelled funky. It was clean enough, and the staff was friendly, but peeling wallpaper, stained flooring, thin sheets and towels, closet doors off the tracks, bathroom door that won't lock, and leaking shower made for a "just ok" stay.
