Clean room. I like that it had a tub.

Property was nice, staff was very pleasant. The Pub was great☺️

I didn’t like that I couldn’t sleep in the bed and left early in the morning because instead of changing the sheets, they were turned over on the wrong side and disgusting. I paid good money for the room and at the Marriott I expected better

Clean and modern

The hotel was clean, well maintained. The Irish Pub in the hotel was excellent. But the hotel nickel 7 times you unless you`re one of tgheir club members. For instance there`s an exorbitant daily fee for WiFi if you`re not a member. For the price range, local competetors offer a better deal.

We stood there as it was the host location for a dance competition, the room was clean and has what we needed. Convenient location with ample parking and the food was good.

I have stayed here before and was great but this time I will say the comforter was stained and room did not get cleaned also day we where checking out found someone else’s socks under chair so makes me wonder how well room was cleaned before us

The hotel has friendly helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting family in Morris County.

This is a lovely Marriott. It has a corporate/meeting type feel which isn’t surprising given the area. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are in good shape, not huge but not small either. Huge TVs! Very solid chain hotel.

This hotel is such a disappointment. I’ve stayed in numerous properties and this is the worst based on rooms and customer service. Front desk couldn’t find my reservation that was paid for. After 1 am floors below were so loud couldn’t sleep and our room was on the 5th floor. Air conditioning won’t go below 68 Overpriced for what you get.

Easy entrances and good staff

There was no free continental breakfeast or coffee pot in the room.

The pool was closed indefinitely- there was no sign notated anywhere. The customer service was dry and not very friendly- had to go down to front desk several times bc key cards didnt work and there wasnt even a hair dryer in the room. There was only one restaurant that was open we were told and there was coffee in the room but no water to be able to use for it. The room was clean and nicely updated but overall dissapointing hotel stay and lack of ammenities for the cost.

Let me start with the positive. Upon entering, I found the hotel to be clean and inviting and the staff friendly and welcoming. When I check in, I informed the clerk that I was a light sleeper and requested a room as far away from active areas as possible. He put me in a room two doors down from the front desk, which is probably the second noisiest room in the hotel. On my second night there, at 11:00 pm, the noise level was unbearable, so they put me in a room on the 7th floor, in the back. Why didn't you do that on day one? There were also major problems with the TV. I had to make three requests for a new remote control before I receives on and three visits from technicians to address issues with the TV's network connection, which I finally fixed on my own. There is an Irish-style restaurant/bar, Auld Shebeen, in the hotel. The wait staff and bartenders were great! The fish and chips were probably some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was sub-par. The cottage pie was bland and unappetizing. The burger would have been good had it not been server on a bun that felt like it had been in the fridge for a month, The Marriott is significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area, yet there is no free coffee in the lobby, no breakfast, no justification for the inflated price.

We stayed at this property after having our reservation at a nearby hotel cancelled. The staff was very professional and friendly. They even were able to accommodate our request for a room with two double beds after we were told only a room with a King size bed was available. We were very appreciative since there were 3 people in our room. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Friendly staff. The sink was leaking with water falling on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good.

When we got to the locate, there was nothing there. I have been scammed out of my money. I will never use this site again. I was real tired so I didn’t want to drive. I ended u driving home anyway which was dangerous.

The guy at the reception was very rude , and impolite, he thought he worked at government agencies or immigration, when asking for my identification for check in purpose, I gave you business and please respect your customers and treat them like a human. Hotel was undergoing a renovation, lobby looks nice but not the room and bedroom, not to mention our bed freak was full of dust.

The hotel itself was fine. It was nice and clean. The first and second floors were completely under construction. There was a wedding going in at the property the night we stayed. The noise on our floor at midnight after the wedding was unacceptable. Two rooms over they were partying well into the morning. I tried to call the front desk and the in room phone wasn’t working. In addition we had yo pay $15/night for parking.

The Whippany hotel in New Jersey was beautiful & spacious. The staff were very pleasant & friendly.

The restaurant was quite good. The property was very clean.
