Check in and out effortless. The front desk staff was amazing. Love the cookies! I was going through some things and needed some peace and quiet. This was the spot!

We arrived a little early, and there was no rooms available. But within 20 minutes our room was ready for us.
We always stay at this location when we come to town. The Hotel is always clean and fresh. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Hotel is located in a central area with plenty of shops and public transportation available. Parking is available but there is a daily fee unfortunately. Parking garage felt very cramped and dungeony but it sufficed for our short start.Check in was smooth. The room itself was very clean and served its purpose for me and my family. The bath was small and not enough for two ppl to be in at the same time moving around too much and there was no fan. Which i feel like for the price we paid we should've had a much larger bathroom with a fan. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. I did ask to order off of a menu but i was told it would be a while because the kitchen was backed up. For 21$ a person i felt like this was a rip off. But overall its a good place to stay. Would be better if parking was free and the the buffet cost way less and had more options to choose from. Next time i know to read fine print about amenities. Would I stay again probably not.

I didn't like the fact the quess have to pay for parking. Especially, when corporate knew I was overcharged by a third-party (Expedia).

I will not stay here again. The music the guest was playing was deafening. I love music and play it extra loud at home, but I don't think it's appropriate to do so at a hotel. When I called the front desk to inform them, my room phone conveniently stopped
working. The loud music didn't stop until 1:00 a.m. Furthermore, there is no room service; you must go to the front desk for everything. I have never written a bad review before, as it doesn't take much for me to be satisfied, but this experience was horrible.

Didn’t like much. Ceilings were claustrophobically low, the air conditioning is from the70’s: so loud it disturbed my sleep. Restaurant is awful

The hotel was great. Comfortable rooms, great service, and good breakfast (although it's not included into the room price). Parking facility is also very good and located right under the hotel. You can take an elevator to the main floor. Parking at Silver Spring is difficult; so, having a separate garage facility is a huge bonus. Highly recommend for the stay.

Most of the staff was extremely courteous ( the men) the women on the other hand were rude and unapproachable. I stayed there for two nights and after leaving the bar I asked for a cookie and you would have thought I asked for the key to the safe, I accommodating and rude.

It’s convenient that you can walk to the Metro station from the hotel - too bad the station is currently under construction! The Ethiopian ladies in the restaurant were very sweet and attentive, especially Rahel.

It was a nice stay. We had to switch our room from the 5th floor to the 10th. The gym and pool are located in the 5th. For some odd reason, we were placed in the room immediately next to the gym. We heard weights slamming at 11pm-12am. After switching rooms, the stay was better.

Property was great. Pool house aren't convenient if you wanted to take a splash prior to check out. However book directly! Expedia price was $10 cheaper however did not include breakfast buffet which will cost another $100 at the hotel for 5 of us 3 are children. I would've paid the $10 extra for breakfast to be included. Completely misleading thru Expedia.

No central air; the window Yoo’s pretty loud. Bathroom sink clogged and leaked, flooding the bathroom floor. The hotel gave us another room. But the bed was squeaky. Also, loud talks from the next room persisted through the night. Apparently there isn’t much sound insulation. Overall, I feel that the four star rating is greatly misleading.

The hotel is in good condition. The only complaint is the AC unit which is very loud. We happened to visit the area during a heat wave and had to have the AC on most of the time. It was too loud to sleep.
