For a huge hotel, with an upscale brand, in a modern, upscale area…it was extremely disappointing. Will not stay here again.

We used the hotels.com site to pick location and amenities. Unfortunately, the location was so so and the “breakfast included” was not breakfast included. Staff were friendly, room was clean but dated, we liked the hot tub but dated and super loud due to retro repair.

Lady at the front desk June 27th 5pm , amazing! I accidentally booked under 2 names and she had no fuss about it. She was willing to help me and had a positive attitude the entire time. Came down later for pool towels, i just didnt see them and she chuckled. No attitude. Lost my key the same night 😅 she was more than happy to help. Maybe its the small things but I feel like some people always have attitudes about the smallest things. She made me feel welcomed! I wish I got her name! Rooms were also nice, comfy beds. Only stayed one night.

I missed my flight due to the data breech. Double Tree, would not work with me and refund any of my money. They would not even discuss this with me. Terrible service.

Generally very good less the screaming kids at the pool after 11pm and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Tiny details could use some extra attention but good visit overall. Thank you.

A long line out the door for checking in and many rooms, including ours, wasn't ready at check-in after 3:30 pm. When we tried to get more explanation or information on when the room would be ready, we received a vague response. The staff member didn't take our number to let us know when the room would be ready. It was not a great first impression of.this hotel.

Everyone was so helpful! The only negative comment I will make is that the buffet breakfast was very understaffed. The woman working by herself in the dining area was doing a great job for her situation but certainly needs additional help.

Pleasant weekend stay at this hotel with our cat, who really enjoyed exploring the room.
The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice tub, bed was comfortable. Gym was small but well-equipped. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Dover restaurant. Location is wonderful, near a small pond with walking path and near other shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful, courteous, professional. Will stay here again!

Unfortunately the cleanliness of this property was awful. There was pee on the toilet seat and surrounding bowl in our room, which I cleaned so my son could use. There was hair on the pillows and inside the sheets of one of the beds and the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. Had we not just got in from 30 hours of travel from Thailand I would have gone to further lengths to get a different room. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

The overall hotel was fine but the rooms were so HOT. There was so no way to control the temperature. We had to sleep with a window open and the window didn’t even open very far. When I called the front desk about how uncomfortable it was in the room they said this was a common complaint and there wasn’t anything they could do. We also had friends staying on the floor below and they also complained about the temperature. Needless to say no one slept well because of the room temperature. We will never stay here again.
