Staff was not that polite and the dining options were very very limited. They also closed very early which was inconvenient we didn’t want to go to sleep early.

Enjoyed the Ocean Front Room! Quiet, Private, and what a view! Carpet and furniture outdated. Found the breakfast menu very limited and overpriced.

Great views of the ocean and beaches. Nice unique pool. Easy access to beaches. Close to grocery and shopping spots. Needs a small place to eat at for after hours food.

We had an absolutely wonderful view from our room. We could see sea turtles swimming in the cove right out of our balcony. The pool, bars, and beach access were very nice as well. Our only complaint was that the A/C in our room did not keep up.

Staff were friendly. The concierge was super helpful. Views were endless. WiFi was spotty through out the day and into the evening hours.

We came for our 1 year anniversary..our trip was so magical. An ocean view room was a must, torch lighting ceremony was so beautiful. Everything's was magical

I would never stay or recommend this property to anyone.
We stayed in room 3233 and the whole time we stayed, there was construction with drilling all night long. When I asked for later check out, they did not do any accommodations.

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. Very clean and well kept. Service is amazing. Restaurants are great. And the proximity to stores and the Black Rock Cliff.

This resort is truly the best on the island. The pool is large enough with a lazy river, the beach is easily accessible, the food is great and most importantly, the staff was great. I saw negative comments prior to booking, these must be one-offs. I believe that if you request assistance, the staff will do whatever they can to help you. Great for families!

We were placed into a completely different room than booked. Management was dismissive and rude when I tried to discuss my issues. I went next door to the Royal Lahaina and double booked an ocean front room and it saved my vacation. Do not stay at the Sheraton staff grounds amenities are very disappointing. You will be sorry.

This resort was amazing!! I was a little bit nervous after reading mixed reviews. The staff were fantastic! Our room was beautiful, the grounds and pool area are stunning and the location can’t be beat! One of the best beaches in Maui!

It’s an amazing place for vacation especially with kids, just overall very pricy, costs like parking and resort fee add up quickly. Food at the property and around (even food trucks to a certain degree) are almost the same.

The best location for easy access to snorkeling around Blackrock. Also an easy 10 min walk to Whalers Village for restaurants and shopping. Also easy access to the Ka’anapali trolley, and West Maui bus for transportation to and from the Cannery Mall in Lahaina. Room and general resort area do show a bit of wear and tear but overall everything kept clean and tidy. Resort staff are all very friendly and helpful. Resort also includes a lot of recreational activities and a very large pool area.
