Great place, clean, staff is amazing. Pillows need updating... not comfortable at all.... bring your own pillow if you like nice comfortable decent pillows

Pros:
The staff on-site were wonderful. Friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Cleanliness. My room, specifically the toilet and shower, weren’t clean.
Noise. In my room I could hear every toilet flush. I was also next to the door to the back parking lot and therefore there was a lot of traffic outside my room at all hours.
For the price I paid that weekend, and from the Comfort Inn, I expected better.

Quiet place to spend the night on our way to Upper Canada Village. Many dining options all within a short drive, some even walkable from the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were fairly comfortable.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed at! All the staff were very personable, friendly, & helpful. Being able to park right in front of the patio door of my room made carrying in/out my things & taking in/out my dog very helpful & convenient. Also, there was a very well-kept stretch of grass with trees that was easily accessible for me to let my dog stretch her legs & have some outside time. This was a great place to stay!

Unfortunately, the room we had was very humid and damp. Became incredibly uncomfortable after a day or two. Most likely a problem woth the ac unit but never got to the bottom of it and didnt want to change rooms because we had all our things in the room.

Amazing shower in room 223. The pool is also quite nice. Brought in a couple of blutooth speakers for some ambience and it sounded great. Not meant for many swimmers, though, which is ok since the area around it is nice.

The friendliness and personal touches by Stacey like the smell of fresh popcorn on arrival and homemade cookies in the evening was very special. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable and clean thanks to friendly staff and Kim at the morning desk.
