This is a very nice, clean and accessible motel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and the shower was nicer than my apartment at home. I’d highly recommend a stay at this motel.

Room size was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was typical fare, but was hot and fresh, unlike many basic self serve breakfast offerings at other hotels. Our special requests were accommodated for ground floor and adjacent rooms.

We are driving from NH to Colorado and are on the road 12 to 13 hrs day so it is always so nice to have a clean place to sleep and a friendly greeting. Jay at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was dated. However, a comfortable bed and a quiet, cool room to sleep is a fair trade for ugly carpet and a bit of rust.

Nice Clerk checked us in. Really nice spacious room. All very clean. Walk in shower nice with non-slip floor. Traveling over 2 weeks and this was best hotel over all.

We were please with the Baymont. The hotel was clean, in a desirable location. Room was very comfortable. All staff we came in contact with was friendly and professional.

The beds are very comfortable for sleeping but there is no comfortable place to sit to just relax.

First off, staff was very friendly! The gal on the evening shift who helped checked in was awesome. And...our room was clean just a bit dated. However, the lobby, halls, elevator, etc. were very dirty and scuffed up. Area also a bit sketchy. Ended up canceling our stay early which we really appreciated the managers flexibility with. Great people, decent room, old and outdated hotel.

The hotel was okay. It’s in a pretty sketchy area so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing. Breakfast was a basic spread with a few options.
They have a strict pet policy when it comes to pit bulls. I didn’t see where it had that listed anywhere but we were made aware of it at check in.

Staff at checking in and out were very friendly, other staff not friendly or helpful. I had a stopped up shower/tub and they had to unplug the drain. This should have been addressed by the cleaning staff earlier before a reservation was given. Let me just say, I will not stay there again.

Our room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice. Staff was friendly and anxious to please. Although it is a little older facility, upgrades made it comfortable. There was a good variety of things for breakfast, too!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine, just outdated a bit. Dead bugs and Smokey smell in our room. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

There was only one ice machine for whole facility; the breakfast was not good, biscuits were doughy and food gone at 9:10 am; we had rented with the hot tub as a priority and it wa down as someone had pooped in it which really upset us.

We liked the location. The easy parking. We also enjoyed the the appearance of your building and landscape. We haven't had breakfast but sure we'll enjoy that as well. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We were very impressed withe staff, so helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Simple, but nice to grab hot food before going out.

Dated hotel, looks very 80s. We got a free suite upgrade. The hotel accepts dogs - up to three per room. Because it’s carpeted (very old), it didn’t feel hygienic. Breakfast (free) was absolutely awful. Wifi didn’t work in the morning. Coffee machine in room. Free on-site parking.

We had car trouble and the staff at the Baymont, Kimberlee and Mary helped us by providing jumper cables and then Kimberlee driving her personal car to help me jump our stalled vehicle. They were lifesavers! Thank you!
