Great stay. Thought I booked two queen beds and got two double beds which would be fine except if I did book the two queen that we be like “a bait and switch” which is bad business but had such a great stay did not want to investigate nor complain. I asked for a receipt to show that I checked out and had no bill however the front desk person said I would get my receipt through Expedia which I did not like just in case issues arise I always like proof of what occurred at the time it is occurring. Nonetheless, I had a great time and stay there.

Was there for a wedding and the day of the wedding with no heads up at all they shut the water off for the entire hotel. No one was able to get ready And when I asked about it the hotel rep said “it is what it is”, and then told me to go next door and buy a room at the motel 6, just a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I flew to Chicago from San Diego alone for a family emergency. The room was overpriced, there were ants in the bathroom, something black came out of the shower drain, and no one came when I called requesting extra creamer for the coffee and extra washcloths. Very disappointed.

I like it was convenient to the area we needed to be. Overall was clean. But what I didnt like if anyone was smoking outside or lobby will come in. Plus early morning noises from lobby. Doors are to thin.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would leave my room card somewhere when I was out and Kate greeted me with a smile as I needed a new on. Mark went above and beyond to assist in getting my Fire Stick to connect to the hotel's internet service.

Great location, close to highway, food and shopping. Hotel lobby is very welcoming and clean. The rooms are small and needs renovation. The checkin staff could be more welcoming. She didn’t have the best customer services.

The manager, Mark, was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Staff was also friendly. The hotel is outdated but it didn't bother us. Beds were too soft and our bathroom had a bad smell coming from who-knows-where..we kept the fan on and the door closed throughout the day. About a 30 min drive to Chicago
