This hotel was perfect to stay in after flying in late. The only problem was the noise. I heard the tv from surrounding rooms and even people’s alarm clocks. Bring a sound machine or ear plugs.

One night stay prior to longer visit to Mt. Desert Island. The proximity to the Bangor Airport was great and allowing me to p/u my rental car the following morning (across the street). Front desk folks were very friendly and the breakfast choices we wonderful.

Had to wait almost an hour for the room while we - another couple and myself watched at least 20 guests get checked in with no wait. Why?

We wanted a property near the airport. They don’t come any closer! It was literally 10 steps across the street from the airport. Very convenient as we had a very early flight. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Great service and good food. All in all we would definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! I couldnt find 1 negative thing. The staff, room ,amenities, and overall hotel were perfect especially for an aviation lover like myself. A true gem in bangor!!

Came in from Camden and had to stop over for an early morning flight. This is basically the airport. Very convenient

Check-in and out was very good. Restaurant service was terrible. As the only place to eat, I was looking for a nice meal before my super early flight. Sign said “wait to be seated” but several of us were never recognized, apologies never made. I gave up after over 20 minutes. I realize they must have been very short handed but I would have expected an explanation. In general, the room was clean and comfortable but a pulsating motor sound in the room made it difficult to sleep that short night.

Facility: Mid at best and dated. Bathroom has a pungent urine smell to it.

Great place to stay after flying in

Great place to stay after a late flight and before an early flight. Flew in late and picked up the rental the next morning. When the rental wasn't ready, we went back and had a phenomenal breakfast. Stayed again on the way out. Easiest am flight I've ever had out of Bangor. Only thing I'd like to see are more outlets for devices. Lamps with outlets in them would be a huge help. Still a great stay and would stay again.

The only negative about our stay was during check in. We arrived about 4:30pm. The agent handling check in either didn’t like his job or had a bad day. Completely robotic. We felt we were intruding on his free time. Everyone else was great. Friendly, welcoming & happy. The staff at breakfast was terrific. But for our feeling of being intrusive at check in, we would have rated this experience at 5 stars- excellent.

The location was perfect for an early morning flight. So nice to be able to walk straight from the lobby across the bridge to where you walk through security and check in. Bed was so comfortable and loved watching flights come and go from our window. Would def stay again!

It was very convenient to be connected to the Airport. If you are looking for a Park & Fly rate book with the hotel directly. There is nothing they can do if you book through Expedia.
