The front desk was rude took an hour to check in and the rooms where disgusting had mold by the shower the beds where dirty refused to refund us so had to stay for two days cause didnt have the money to switch hotels while i was there for a dr appointment for my daughter

If anyone wants to make a post apocalyptic movie, just make the film at this Red Roof Inn on Dunn Rd. Even the men there, including the staff, will see you struggling with luggage, and they continue on with their day without even attempting to help you.
I left after one hour, once I booked a place in St Charles, MO.

I normally stay in the non smoking rooms but because my brother, who smokes, decided to come stay in the hotel with me. I booked a smoking room. The smoking rooms are terrible. Thats all I have to say.

There was bugs on the ceiling and the shower didn’t work and the walls had stuff all over them and the tv was barely working,but the service was great the rooms needs to be redone better

The only thing that I did not like was not being able to get the bathroom. While being confined to a wheelchair.

Outside my room was a condom and a bullet casing that should just about explain the entire hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE PASSING THROUGH. Great place to get robbed.

it was so bad i left, and went else. i contacted customer service and they couldn't help me so i left. tv didn't work, holes in walls, trim falling off, dirty carpet and floor, it sucked. i am 60 years old and this is the 1st time i have ever walked out of a hotel. i am disputing the charge on my CC.

The pictures online are a joke compared to what you get. Cigarette burn holes in bedding and carpet. Needs a deep spring cleaning. The area is definitely questionable. We were ready to check out before we even checked in. Don't waste your money.

Rooms are in need of major repair, we had a hole in the bathroom door which needs replacing, dust on the lamps. flat pillows, water dripping from bath tub, towels were paper thin, old and gray looking vs white.

dirty room and was told i couldn’t be accommodated and there was no house keeping. They refused to change my room and gave me 1 single bed sheet, bathroom and floors were filthy and room smelled of urine

The room was horrible. There were holes in the walls, it smelled musty in the room. The picture on the tv was dark and black. When I asked for another room, they said they couldn’t do anything to accommodate me. This was a very bad experience and I would never come back to this location. Horrible.

The room was freezing like 45 degrees when we opened the room. The heater tok LITERALLY 4 & half hours to get to 70 degrees then as the night got colder so did the room. I used the hair dryer on blast to help warm the room. The bathroom and a red substance splattered on wall in front of toilet. The entrance door to room had a 1/8th inch gap allowing 27 degree air from outside to get in the room all night. The bed was ok. The best part of the stay was they did have amazingly comfortable pillows. The phone in the room didnt work. But the office desk was a nice touch. This was a businesses trip so i am very disappointed and will never stay at a red roof in again for $130 it was worth maybe $50 and i still would be unsatisfied.

I could barely open or close the bathroom door. There were hairs stuck in the towels. There was an odor in attempt to disguise the smoking taken place there. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread.

I booked 3nights at Red Robin in Florrisant and arrived late. I checked in went to the room opened the door and waa ready to ck out but didn’t because of the late hr & knowing that I may not find another place. I booked 2 rms 1 for me & 1 for my brother Ronald Douglas. The place is terrible the bath rm door wont fully close, paint peeling on walls, the bath tub was is bad shape the carpet is shabby& the tiny rm looked unkept there was as a gap when the front door was closed you could see light from out side. My brothers rm shower didnt drain well & By the time that he finished his shower the water in the tub is up to his ankles. The water eventually drained out but it left a black residue at the bottom of the tub. I Have pictures. We checked out after the first morning because the place looks so terrible hand the motel refused to cancel the next two days telling us that we could only be done through Experian the virtual assistant at Experian said only the hotel can cancel the days and the hotel has charged my credit card and my Brothers credit card for three days if this is an example of experience assistance in helping resolve a dispute and the red roof ends allowing their franchisees to conduct business this way and have such a shabby location I don’t intend to do business with either one of you or any red Roof hotel

Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Also the room smelt very bad. There were noises all through the night.

It was so filthy under the beds. Someone else's dirty hard ass towel left hanging. No towels No nothing for 100 dollars that's sad. I couldn't even sleep and didn't.

Pictures made the hotel look great. Got there and immediately clutched my pearls. Place was run down, dirty, had a moisture type of smell. Scheduled 15 days, stayed 2. First night slept in all my clothes because I didn’t feel clean. Second night I took my hoodie off and woke up with about 8 bites on my arms legs back and head. The shower had a used shampoo bottle from the previous person so the room wasn’t really cleaned. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom as well. Air conditioner had dead roaches trapped in it. Tv was busted as well.

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE IT WAS HORRIBLE!! I WOULDNT LET MY WORST ENEMY STAY HERE!! I DIDNT EVEN WALK INTO THE ROOM ALL THE WAY AND DEMANDED TO BE REFUNDED AND THE HOUSEKEEPER WAS IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR!! DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! THERE ARE BROKEN DOWN CARS IN THE PARKING LOT!!

The bed sheets and covers were dirty; hair on the sink ; cigarets on the shower drainer (and we chose the smoke free rooms); shower didn’t close all the way, so we had water coming out all the time; floor dirty; the bed smelled like smoke; the bed skirt was cover in something that I rather not figure out what it was. The place was filthy and disgusting!
