It smelled damp. showed signs of rust in bathroom.

The staff at check-in appeared to have an attitude. I checked in around 6 pm.

They tried to update the property by replacing carpeting with hard wood floors but don't mop them. My white socks were black and there was hair everywhere. The furniture was old and dirty, it needs to washed. The room smelled old and mildew. No breakfast or restaurant on the premises. I don't recommend this hotel.

Couches and chairs in the room were so stained that I didn't even want to sit on them. The floor had an oily film on it so I almost slipped several times, with my shoes on. The balcony had not been cleaned of cigarette trash from a previous visitor. Was given one remote for 2 tvs. Hotel, as a whole, seemed run down. Would not have stayed here had the pictures shown what things really looked like, especially not for the price I paid!

This place is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and also close to the facility where our tournamnet was held.

Nice property. Convenient area near highway and major shopping is in walking distance. Clean room. Very quiet when we were there during the week.

The room had a major smell where i could not eat my food. I slept with my clothes on l, showered with socks on . At the end of my stay the ceiling collapse. Unbelievable. This ruin my vacation plan because i was t difficult to get another hotel because of the Holiday.

The shower was a big issue. Trying to get ready for the concert & had to take a cold shower. Maintenance came down with another iron due to the one in the room leaked all over my pants. The 2nd iron wasn't better. He tried to fix the shower. Come to find out, hot was cold & cold was hot. All this had us late for the concert. The shower door would not stay closed so everytime you took a shower there would be water all over the floor. The bathroom door smacked the toilet. Meaning the bathroom door did not open completely. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. That would be why the paint was peeling, discoloration on the wall, & water issues around the baseboards. One of the complimentary cleaning products in the shower no longer hung on the wall. Someone just set it on the small shelf in the shower leaving a holes where it should have been hanging just holes in the shower. They did offer to switch rooms right before we figured that out hot/cold were switched. The sofa was stained & mattress very uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was terrible. The only lights in the living area/bedroom was the 2 small light above the nightstands & one overhead lamp in the corner by the sofa. If we wanted light, we had to open the curtains. Had to go up a floor to get ice due to the 1st floor ice machine being broke. The patio area was unkempt. I'll pass staying here again.

There have wood floors, they were not clean, my feet were black. Also the soap dispenser was not filled, it had a horrible disinfectant to it. Thank goodness I brought my own.

I appreciate their willingness to work with me on a few changes I needed to make. I've been down for Hampton Coliseum shows previously. Will be returning! Having the pool was a great addition to the show all weekend.

I expected more from this property. It looks real nice on Expedia. Very run down & quite dirty, the hallways, the elevator and the rooms. The front desk lobby, bar & restaurant are nice enough. The staff was excellent! Very nice & attentive.

Super close to Hampton Colosseum, pool area seemed a nice spot to chill and meet up with other concert goers.

It was an amazing experience all around!

None of the icemakers worked. I had to walk 50 yards to the Bistro to get ice. The door to my bathroom would not close. The door would not fit inside the sash.

Good trip. Daughter was able to get linen for pull-out. comfortable night.

Door lock didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t close. Gave me wrong room.

Excellent customer service

The concierge at check-in was friendly and helpful. However, at checkout, we waited 12 minutes to checkout while the concierge helped another hotel staff serve coffee to 2 guests while there were 5 guests on line to be checked out. Also, there were 2 towels in our room for 4 guests. When my cousin asked for extra towels, she was told there were none. She was given hand towels instead. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, which also has large red stains. We didnt know if it was blood or dye. Either way, the cushions should've been removed and cleaned before other guests used the room.

My visit occurred before Christmas. I fell in line be with the location as well as the facility. I love the staff who were more than helpful and hospitable. I definitely will return during the spring and summer month.
