The Quality Inn in Jonesville, NC is an old hotel whose rooms are in need of some updating - at least, the bathrooms. But my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. And it had one of the best breakfast bars of any hotels in this class that I’ve stayed at.

The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel I’ve stayed at. I will return if I’m ever in the area.

You can tell the owners took a lot of pride in their hotel. The entire grounds were immaculate and the lobby/guest area was tastefully and artistically decorated for fall. Staff were exceptional and I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The front desk staff person was excellent! Since there is no elevator, I called that morning to see if we could have a 1 st floor room as my husband has health issues. She was able to arrange it. I had to call the same lady again. After being on the road for 10 hours, the GPS on my phone has us get off the interstate and go 20 miles out of the way. I thought when I booked the hotel that it was on I-77. I called the same wonderful lady at the desk and she told me how to go!! Clean hotel. Beautifully decorated for the Fall!

More of an older Motel than a Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful but property needs an update. Free popcorn and cookies offered but I would not advise eating either. They tasted like they've been there as long as the motel. Free breakfast is also offered however an older lady literally pulled a rack of baked goods to put up while I was looking at it, 30 min prior to the free breakfast end time. Most likely they've been reused as often as the popcorn and cookies. Spend a few more bucks for a comfortable place and go to McDonalds for breakfast.

Quick and friendly check in. We were trying to time the stay around the incoming hurricane. Good place to rest for the night. Woke up early the next morning and got on the road. Because of this, we missed the breakfast offered. I hope everyone stayed safe with the weather that moved in after we left. Thank you for the warm welcome.

This was the second time i stopped at that Quality Inn. They truly stand out from many other hotels I stay at. The staff is smiling, helpful and friendly. The facility is impeccable from the lobby to the walkways, pool, and. It is clean and beautiful decorated. this time around the Halloween decorations and table settings were so nice I took pictures to show my wife.

The service was outstanding. The building itself was a little dated but was clean, comfortable and quiet. My son and I felt very safe. There was a lot of fast food close.

Our TV wasn't working right. We talked to the staff at the desk. The employee came right to our room and fixed it. Awesome!

The hotel was a little dated but clean. The breakfast wasn’t your typical hot breakfast. There were premade items that you heated yourself but it was fine and normal and plenty to choose from. The hotel lobby and dinning area was very nice, comfortable and inviting, with complimentary cookies and popcorn. Overall a pleasant experience.

Stayed for local business- pleasantly surprised at cleanliness of room, breakfast and lobby area, and grounds. Pet friendly hotels seem to lack in this, and although we didn’t have our puppy with us, it was nice! Very friendly staff. Didn’t use pool, but it looked nice!

We booked through a 3rd party, not sure this makes a difference. The room smelled musty, the couch was dirty and had holes, the tub was dirty. The ceiling had water damage marks, the safe didn't work and there were stains on the bathroom walls. Place needs paint and a good cleaning.

It's not the newest looking hotel, but i prefer safety, ease of access, quietness, and staff over a 5 star hotel.

The lobby and staff were nice. But the room seemed dirty and wore out. The bathroom was the worst as the walls were disgusting, the toilet was sitting on shims that were still showing and the toilet paper holder appeared to be only attached to the wall paper. There were holes in the and ceiling. Just little things that make the experience unpleasant.

The room was dated but clean and cared for. The bathroom was clean but needed attention. The toliet tank leaked leaving a noticeable rust stain on the back of the stool; the shower curtain rod was loose and hung down about 6" in the middle; and the walls needed repair. That said the lobby was excellent and the staff professional.

The office are of the property was great, outside kept up and clean. The room itself was in terrible shape. It smelled of urine. The carpets were damp and the exterior and bathroom doors looked like they were patched up. The upper floor walkway was falling apart ( chunks of cement missing in spots). It's convenient to the interstate, and food. When you see the reception area, you expect that the rooms are going to be in way better shape. The beds were old and creaked every time we moved. I was actually weary about laying on them. I didn't dare walk on the floor barefooted. They definitely need to update the rooms to match the reception area. The customer service was wonderful though.

We only stayed here for the night passing through but it was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kids were happy there was a pool. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. And the lobby is super cute. We would stay here again for sure.
