1st room didn't look like they changed the sheet, body imprints could be seen. 2nd room had a STRONG smell of mildew. 3rd room we excepted. I felt bad for the gal behind the counter, she walked the rooms with us to see what our issues were and was quiet embarrassed with what we pointed out... Will not stay there again.

The property is really showing its age. Paint needed in very obvious places. La Quinta used to be viewed as a more upscale lodging option but this one sure fails that. I reserved a king bed and got a queen with explanation that all kings were taken. Probably won’t stay at La Quinta again. Staff was friendly though.

The hotel is older than the photos imply. It’s evident they have attempted to freshen it up as the lobby area is newer and more modern. However, the room was well worn and had an odd, offensive odor that the a/c helped to perpetuate the odor. Thankful the windows opened and the evening was cool enough so we could get fresh air. We decided to sleep with the windows open as to turning on the offensive a/c. If we hadn’t already paid for the room, we would have indeed left and found a newer, less smelly hotel.

The hotel is nice. Everything else is very good. The room was small but all good.
Washroom comes with its own Dove shampoo, conditioner, gel soap and lotion which is very convenient. Staff are really friendly.
Bfast is also good. Would def come back if ever we go back to the area.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is extremely tired and in need of renovation or a huge discount in their rates. It is our feeling if you don’t have a pet there is no reason to stay there. When we got off the elevator the stench of pet urine was overwhelming and the room smell worse. The clerk moved us to the top floor which perhaps didn’t allow animals and the smell wasn’t so prevalent. However the room, although clean, had very little lighting to speak of making it very difficult to see. The seals in the windows were broken and milky so they didn’t help either. I generally don’t write reviews but this experience was alarming and somewhat surprising that a hotel could be in this condition, especially at the rate they charged.

Front desk gentlemen made it a 5 star review. seen they didn’t offer milk to buy, he told me “we don’t have any to sell, but I got you, there’s some in the kitchen” that right there gave me much relief as it was already mid night and my 2 kids were restless already and saved me from loading them back up to go to the store to get a small amount for a bottle. 10/10!

Why is it that this hotel thinks it’s okay to charge for the use of their amenities when they are not even working. No hot water at bathroom sink. Was told that is how it’s plumbed. Went to use the hot tub but there was a sign saying jets didn’t work. Wouldn’t have been the end of the world but it was also freezing cold. I guess the heater is broken too. Complained but was just told sorry. Was told there was an incredible breakfast when we checked in and not to miss it. Not sure where these people eat but the hot food looked days old. Took a prepackaged muffin and hit the road. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We needed a room with 2 beds. My husband using a walker. When we got to the room the beds and dressers were to close together for him to use it. The staff came and took out a desk chair but it was still to narrow. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in 50 years and never had such a small uncomfortable chair. We will not use La Quinta again

We were a last-minute reservation checking in after hours. Everything went smoothly and the room was exactly what we needed to recharge and get back on the road in the morning. The breakfast offerings were an added bonus.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet was great. Bathroom had dirty towel, mirror, and foot pad for shower. No conditioner in bathroom...makes me wonder if it had been cleaned at all. Bed was average. Mostly quiet after 11 pm.
