when checking in - I was asked if I wanted daily room cleaning - i answer yes .... 3 days went by before room was cleaned .... I had to get the front desk to bring clean towels, face clothes and hand towels - and then the front desk indicated the towel were still being washed ..... the door scanner cover kept falling off - i finally got tired of trying to fix it that I just left it on the floor .... trash can filled up because housekeeping didnt come in .... beds not made ... carpet not vacuum .... my last night in rochester I switched hotels .... breakfast on saturday morning was very limited .... .... I was just frustrated that this FAIRFIELD hotel was no where near Mariott standards .... I asked the front desk to make sure the points were added to my Mariott Frequent Stay Plan and was told she could not do it .... However, on July 23 at a FAIRFIELD in Martinburg when I checked in at 2:30AM - that front desk clerk added my points to my account .... just different levels of job integrity ....

The people I encountered were terrific! Everyone was helpful, pleasant and made me feel valued. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear compared to previous visits.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, good proximity to almost everything Rochester has to offer.

Broken TV, hair in shower, broken light in bathroom. Ants all over breakfast buffet. Staff refused to move my room. Excuse was the hotel was sold out. No response from email sent the General Manager.

The staff was really nice. Everyone in the front desk was helpful and kind. The location was right at the airport which was really convenient. The only downfall my wife and I didn’t like was that our room smelt like smoke. Eventually we got used to it and went nose blind. But the second you walk out and walk back in, the room smelt like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in there. But anyways. Bed was king size and comfy. Back room was clean and decent. I didn’t pay much for my stay so I overly thought my experience was okay

The attendant Chardonnay working up front was friendly and helpful.

The beds were clean and the room had what was needed. The shower had hair in it when we arrived and the floor was sticky.

Great location when you’re arriving late into the airport! Super convenient and great staff answering the phones.

They gave another party the keys to our room and they came into the room at 1:30 am , waking us up and claiming this was their room. So much for a peaceful nights sleep.

Clean, comfortable quick stay.

This hotel is right by thr airport. Literally walk about < 5 min and you are there. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Even though it was right next to the airport, the sound barrier was amazing. I don’t recall hearing loud jet noise outside.

We especially appreciated the excellent customer service that Dee McFadden gave us. She allowed us to check in early as we had ridden our bike from Brockport in the pouring rain. Our stay was memorable because of her can-do attitude. Thank you so much, Dee!

I was there did two days and had the following: Ants in my room, no heat in the first room, limited heat in the 2nd room, lukewarm water = DUMP

So close to the airport — four minutes on foot! Great after midnight, and I just walked in, and they handed me a key. Amazing. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights in the actual room, but that might not be their fault. Pleasant, sunny breakfast room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, mini fridge didn’t seem to be working on arrival but was promptly fixed. Comfortable beds, bathrooms were a little small but great amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, etc. Was quiet even for being beside the airport. Loved the little snack store by the front desk. Good options for breakfast too.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Being able to walk to the airport was a perk.
