The rooms are very spacious to accommodate a family with separate bedrooms. The breakfast is hot and fresh, different varieties daily. The hotel is clean on the inside and outside. Very quiet area.

The only issue was the property did not have access to the ABC network, which I find unacceptable for a Marriott property. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful.

I had a great stay here. The room was very nice and the hotel is located in the area I like to stay near highway and university. Very easy to get around. Room was bottom floor building 2 next to elevator equipment which had a hum to it when operating. Not a big deal and that’s really only critique. Otherwise it was perfect and I’ll try to stay here again when price is right.

Had ants on kitchen counter top. Was charged $5.00 per day for unsecured parking. I would not recommend this location.

The room was fine but there are a couple extra fees that I didn’t expect. Why is there a parking fee per night? The hotel was not in a downtown area or anything. I stayed at a couple Residence Inns where the laundry was free as well. Also, try not to have packages delivered to this place. They charge you $5 per package delivered. 😳. These are inconveniences that can change how you view the facility. There was also an issue with the key card not working at the front of the building so you had to go through the center, it rained and that area was flooded. Also, in our bedroom, the ac unit was behind a locked door and made loud noises all night. It was annoying.

This is a hidden gem. Our room was very clean, spacious and updated bathroom and kitchen. Pet-friendly and close to shopping and dining options. This will be our go-to place to stay in Plantation.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was every interaction, whether with the front desk team, the buffet staff, or housekeeping, was filled with genuine kindness and helpfulness. All of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for our stay. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this location.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the level of service and the overall experience. The accommodations exceeded all of my expectations by far. If anyone is looking for a remarkable and unforgettable stay, this is the place to be.

My family and I love thr hotel having stayed there a couple times. This trip we were given an accessible room but we understood that was all that was available in that category. The room was clean, i loved the bed, it was really comfortable. We had two issues with the room, one of which Maintenance took care of right away. The second was the internet which was really bad and weak in that room. There was another guest that i met at the front desk who had the same complaint and she was on another floor so I guess it was pretty bad all over. The front desk staff were great, the lady that worked the night shift while i was there , she's a gem! I'm so sorry that i forgot her name but she dealt with me every time i picked up my packages. Overall it's a great hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be returning.

Overall not too impressed with my stay. Room did not appear to be to clean. Common areas were dirty and unkept. Staff was not very friendly. Probably would not stay again.

Front desk staff was great, surprised they called to check after just an hour being in the room. Had a slight issue with AC maintenance was fast to arrive only real issues was short on towels and noticed some small bugs then next morning they multipled.

It was fine but there were problems throughout. Check in was messy because of computer problems and it was still an issue days later. The elevator stopped working, I tried to call the front desk and they never picked up. Just average at best.

The beds were comfortable. Staff attentive to requests. Pool shower did not work. Clean towels available. The hallways had a strong smell of urine. Bathrooms were not very cleaned. Small ants and bugs on the pool chairs and also inside the room, however it was rainy which could’ve caused this. Observed the pool being cleaned during the night

The building that I stayed in the door to get into the building was broken and would not close all the time and not lock.
The carpet in the hallways are stained and very dirty. The elevator buttons and lights half don't work some are missing the fixtures and the ones that do work are very dimmed.. When using the elevator my biggest fear was getting stuck in it. So I would use the stairs from the 4th FL down when I didn't have any luggage.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!! Very accommodating. Our room was super spacious. The continental breakfast was the best we ever had without going to a restaurant. The staff was always on par. VERY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED.
