Although this location is close to businesses it is tucked away from noise and traffic. The room is a nice size to work from. Spacious with separate sitting, eating, working and sleeping areas.

The staff was super friendly. I love that they acknowledged my dog's stay as well. The bed and room were so comfortable I overslept, which was good because I needed to rest. I would definitely revisit this location when I am in Fresno. I didn't get to try out all the amenities, but I'm glad they were available.

Very smooth check-in with an extremely friendly welcome. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. The bed was comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn’t, but I’ve yet to come across a truly comfortable sofa bed anywhere. The showers were clean, and the energy-saving lights, while efficient, had a slightly harsh cool tone—something you often find in similar motels. The pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which is convenient.
Overall, it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms and pristine common areas. It's clear that they take great pride in keeping everything in top shape.
The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients and the attentive staff who were always available and ready to help with any requests or questions. Their service truly added to the positive experience.
While the area around the hotel does feel a bit unsafe, this seems to be the case for the rest of the town as well. Despite this, the hotel does an admirable job of providing a secure environment for its guests. In fact, I would say this is probably one of the best places to stay in town.

The property was very clean and super quiet. The front desk staff are some of the most respectful and friendly people I have come across at various hotels.

There were roaches in the restroom and kitchen. The reason for booking a suite was to have a kitchen and I didn’t use it because of roach infestation. I wasn’t comfortable with food in the fridge because there was a dead roach in there as well. Will not be staying there again!

The gentleman the checked us in was incredibly sweet. The gentleman that was at the desk the next morning was also just as nice. We were in town for a close friend's memorial service, and they just made our visit so pleasant with or without knowing why we were there. They helped us get a taxi back to the airport Sunday morning at 4 am and handled everything for us. I'm just incredibly grateful for the kindness of these two employees. (I gave 3 stars for the property condition because it looked like there was a hole in the glass window and the door in the lobby wasn't usable. It was a little concerning, but the staff made up for my worries.)

My favorite thing about this stay was that they let me check in a few hours early because I was SO tired. Very clean. I was on the back side and there was noticeable freeway traffic noise, but not enough to keep me from sleeping. Lots of breakfast choices. In cooler temps there are walkable food choices, but not when it's 105.

Clean rooms, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, very comfortable beds, and EXCELLENT STAFF!!!
They were friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with my key card opening the room at first, and when i went back to the front desk and told them, they immediately checked it out themselves. When they couldnt get it to work either, they immediately switched and upgraded us to another room before i even had a chance to ask!!! Delicious breakfast and free coffee/tea in the lobby all day/night. Pool was clean and perfect for cooling off in. Nice quiet location on a dead end street too, and only a block away from a main street with many restaurants to choose from. My son will be attending Fresno state in the fall and I plan on staying here every time i come to visit!!!

Love staying here. Its so quiet and beautiful but so convenient. The desk concierge was so friendly and went so many extra miles to change us to a room overlooking the pond. The rooms are so well appointed and comfortable.
