Pool and hot tub water needs to be checked more often. Water is nasty and may make you sick

when I first check in offer rm 415 go to the room it was not clean very disappointed waste of my time got a clean room 519 then ask for room service on friday was done then ask for room service saturday not done had to ask three times on saturday finally it was done at 7pm saturday night

As soon as i got there i got in line to check in . I waited about 3 minutes as two employees are in front desk chatting it up . No help i go to kiosk . It doesnt take my ID. I go back to check in and no one there wait another 4 minutes standing there no one comes out to help . Finally a worker gets out of back area and goes to talk to another lady on left side who is on a desk and no one can see her. I ask the employee if i can get assitance and ahe says to go with thw other lady sitting.. remember we are here to visit and have been sitting in car several hours tired . And stil room is all dusty .

Room was a little outdated but clean. No microwave. Sheets had stains and pillows had stains. Not sure if they were even changed from previous person.

It was amazing Loved it and great customer service

The front desk was amazing. I had a medical problem and they were very helpful especially the 3 to 5 shift. The 7 to 11 front desk shift especially Danielle was great

Nice hotel, but not up to standards when Johnny was around

The room was clean. The hot water pressure was awesome! No complaints. They got rid of tbone special. Hot tub and pool was nice too. Food was market price.

We were in town for a horse roping event. The Nugget was the host hotel. We had a huge group with us and over all we had a great stay! First thing I would say is staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. Even when you would pass them in the hall you were greeted with a friendly hello. The only place we encountered rudeness from was the bar tender at the small bar by the front lobby. My wife was meeting friends there. She sat down and waited forever to be waited on. The bar tender waited on many others during that time including those that came and sat down after her. She walked right by her every time as if she wasn’t there even though she tried to flag her (bar tender) down. When she finally said in a more loud voice…excuse me can I get… Bar tender turned and gave her a nasty look like how dare you. Then said well do you have an ID? My wife already had it ready since even though my wife is way older she does look young. Bar tender checked it, took her ordered, gave her a drink and said here. She never came back for her to order more so my wife and her friends just left. Other then there all other staff was great! The pool there is great! Kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. Some down sides was no room service and we stood in line for a long time at the café for breakfast. Food was good though. Rooms could be better cleaned. Bedding and towels were clean but door handles, doors and parts of counters needed some more cleaning. But wasn’t awful. Would definitely stay again!

Over all a good stay exept a pool area with some very uncoutious guests

We were there for our 2nd concert. The first was an outside and this was in the ballroom! It was a road trip from the valley to Reno but we had a great time!!

On-site food was not great, run was super comfy and quiet

The jacuzzi had not been cleaned.. Also had to move rooms because of a faulty jacuzzi

When we arrived there was a software issue which I totally understand. We waited in line about an hour to get taken over to the VIP area to check in. When I was checking in the lady was extremely unprofessional. She didn't give me a total she just asked for my bank card. My booking said it was going to be a 89 charge at check in which was fine. My card was declined and the lady yelled it (how embarrassing) I told her there was no way it was declind and it must be their system. She had me scan my card 4 more times and yelled the same thing again it must be your bank account not our system. I asked her how much it was and she said she was charging $164 each room 328 total I was okay with the deposit but I wasn't made aware of it being it was our first time there. After several attempts the machine accepts my card. Again, it had to be something with their card machine since their system was just down. I informed her she was rude and that I didn't need to be talked to like that she never once apologized. Not knowing my card was going to be charged 328 was a little shocking to start the weekend out. I called front desk and let them know as well my experience and yet nothing to make my stay better. It put us in a mood where we didnt even want to stay there. The hotel room had dead bugs on the bathroom floor, the shower head sprayed water ALL over the bathroom when we took a shower.

Used kiosk twice to check in, had to then wait in line to get keys, then keys didn’t work and had to come back down to the desk and wait in line again. Was charged the incorrect amount at hotel.

It was a really comfortable stay

I was disappointed that they allowed so many children in. These were not familys staying at the hotel it was a birthday party group. Apparently your allowed to have as many visitors in the pool hot tub area as you want staying there. It was ridiculously loud on saturday and sunday. No control. The bed was firm room was clean.

Great place for a staycation We enjoy the indoor pool one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.

Sleeping on the bedsheets was like sleeping on 60 grit sandpaper. The check in process was fast and simple. We enjoyed the hot tub. Easy check out process through the tv.

Outdated recycled stale cigarette air, worn mattress, furniture, stained old carpet, awful cheap soap smell throughout the hotel.

Love this place but so slow to get my deposit from them

coffee k cup was in the keurig coffee pot from previous guest. toilet squealed for 30-45 seconds when flushed shower squealed housekeeping did not deliver as promised, we had to hunt down an employee cleaning rooms the next day to get what we needed. this is not like the Nugget, we were disappointed in the lack of customer service and room upkeep.

It used to be a great deal to book a room before flying out of town. Self park in the garage and take the airport shuttle. Now they charge a high resort fee and the shuttle has limited hours. Used to be taxis lined up outside the lobby waiting for fares, not since Covid. Sad how damaging it was.

The mattress was developing a spine. Needs replacement.

I felt like it was a nice place to stay Unfortunately they did not ever come service the room I don't know if that is something you have to request or not but that would have been nice to know it check out so I never had morning coffee after the first day

The rooms were decent and the fitness center was nice enough but the pool was pretty murky and mostly kids playing in it. The indoor pool seemed strongly of being overly chlorinated and the WiFi signal was not very good. Resort fees are pretty high for what you actually get.

The staff at the Nugget is amazing. Front desk workers Sweety and Jamini helped me with checking out using cash instead of a credit card. In some hotels they do not deal with cash so it was refreshing that these two young women settled it quickly for me. Also, eat at Rosie's!!! You'll get the best meat lovers omelet and hash browns thanks to Patrick in the kitchen. He also makes soft scrambled eggs perfectly! Ask for Megan as a server. She is delightful, quick with a smile, and just what you need first thing in the morning. Housekeeping was quick to come to the room after placing a request. They tidied up the room, replaced coffee and water, and were on their way! All of these things helped make time in the casino and gift shop a great place to spend some getaway time!

I had an emergency surgery. And called a day too late and hotel would not give me a refund. Considering my emergency they was not sensitive to my situation.
