Room was clean but the remote control fell apart and was dirty and chipped! Bed was hard!

The room with double bed is as expected in a Motel 6. Beds are not great and a bit small for 2 adults. We wanted to have some rest at the pool after a long sunny day… and the pool was closed ! I wish we had known that before booking because the price was not reduced. Of course no breakfast as usual in Motel 6. And the worst thing: the noise. The train is just behind the hotel. Will for sure never come back here.

The shower pressure came out to hard that’s the only thing that messed my shower experience up. The train was also kinda noisy and don’t forget to lock up ya belongings, it’s a pretty bad neighborhood.

Aweful, full of drug addicts and price was supposed to be 70 for the night. I was charged double the price for a drug den stay!!

You need to contact your guests if you close your pool. You don’t tell them when they check in. This was our only pool hotel in our vacation, so we packed our swim suits from another state for nothing. We would have enjoyed swimming in July, but management couldn’t be bothered to inform us prior to our stay. That’s not service

The motel pool was closed on the hottest week of the year in Oregon. Staff said no one was trained to chlorinate the pool water.

There are some good food trucks and what I'm told a great Chinese restaurant right around the corner. The location seems a bit sketchy, but Gloria was great on check in. No shampoo or lotion in the hotel, but good DirectTV options. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a plus too, but no breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are a single female traveling or have anything valuable that you need to leave in your vehicle. It is this first time i have ever checked in then immediately checked out and didn't care that i had paid and would loose the money. From the transent wanting access to our room/vehicle to charge his phone, the drugged out people being kicked out and the vehicles missing windows I had serious concerns for our safety and belongings.

We are a little worried about noises after reading other reviews, but we are not really bothered by the train noise or the goodwill store trucks. It still has a lot of noise from the road which is a really busy one and the area is not the pretty part of town. But for a quick night's stay, the room is clean and the staff is nice. That is all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay! We even liked the train noise. We didn’t like the noise from the Goodwill with the constant backup noises from trucks. It would be nice to have in-room coffee.

Liked the staff a lot. Room was clean except the floor is pourous and needed a deep scrub. Housekeeping cleaned during our stay.. Front desk man was nice. Trains are loud, poor insulation. Gap at bottom of door. I had to lay a towel down. Pool was and has been closed for a long time.

You could hear absolutely everything. Neither of us slept the first 2 nights. We finally got headphones so we could listen to something to drown out the noise. Plus we had a dead cricket in our room and the cleaning person left her gloves in the bathroom the day we checked in.

It is a good motel. Could use a freezer with the refrigerator.

Lovely people/customer service, easy and convenient parking, quiet, safe, and overall stay was just fine. The only three minor complaints I have are: 1. extra toilet paper was not provided in the bathroom, 2. facial tissue was not provided, and 3. soap holder in shower was not clean (it contained major soap build up of different soap from prior use). Despite this, I had solutions to these issues, and they did not affect the overall Salem, OR experience. I would happily stay here again.

Affordable Overnight Stay to See the Brothers Car Collection. Convenient & Clean, Comfortable Beds. Room 166, had a Strong Cigarette Smell, even though it was. advertised as a Non-Smoking Room. I am Allergic to Cigarette Smoke. I opened the Window and turned the Fan On, so I was able to Sleep. Needs an Ionizer Treatment...

The front desk staff was amazing!!

Where do I begin?. They didn’t have our right room when we got there so they gave us a single room when we requested to doubles and a handicap accessible one and they gave us upstairs which we could not do had to take a single downstairs. The room was dirty had Insects termites all over the room. I don’t know it was just awful and so then they gave us a new room the next day, and it was floors were cracked. None of the outlets worked. The sink wouldn’t drain. You could not regulate the shower water overall just a horrible experience except for Graham in the front office. He was amazing and tried his best to accommodate us very nice young man deserves praise but other than that the hotel I will never stay at again .

The room was has been upgraded on a budget, but modern. Clean enough with missed details including hairs in the sink, shower, and urine down the edge of the toilet. Sheets are crisp and fresh. Heating and air conditioning worked phenomenally. Busy motel with a train tracks close and food trucks within walking distance . Makes it convenient and loud at the same time.

Black mold in bathroom, room needs maintenance. Noisy, people being loud at all hours of the night with no recourse. Extremely rude front desk agent at check in. Had an ID policy for all guests that wasn't posted.

Place is dirty got sick the whole time I stayed.sink is not working properly always cluck mold and dusty.

Multiple people tried opening my door throughout the night. Did not feel safe. Woken up by the front desk at 8am asking me “why are you here?” “No one is suppose to be in this room.” Unorganized management. Extremely dissatisfied.

Can’t really say much but I have to say that I should have spent the extra $ to get something way better than this place! The shower was a bit of a pain to deal with there was zero temperature control it was either way hot or ice cold and I sat there messing with it for what seemed like forever! The customer service was really not overly excited to be working . I also have noticed that the hotel is really ran down and the hotel is not in a desirable location so I would recommend going elsewhere !
