The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I had a great time.

Our bathroom had mold! It is an older hotel

IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY AND ON THE BOARDWALK WITH RESTAURANTS NEARBY. THE CASINO WASN'T VERY FRIENDLY TO US. WE LOST !! NOT A LOT THOUGH. IT WAS A VERY NICE 5 DAYS.

Bad remote control, lamp wouldn’t charge my phone and had to plug the coffee maker in the bathroom because there wasn’t any electrical outlet close by

It was ok the resort itself didnt have many options for food or entertainment, but the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Everything with the hotel was fine from check in and staff to our room. What overshadowed all of that was that someone or some people were smoking on our floor even though it was a non smoking floor that we asked for due to how smoke affects my breathing and gives me anxiety. The guests definitely weren't considerate of other guests staying there. Constant loud talking, banging, and all types of other noise going on around 2, 3, and up to 4am!!! We were so upset and disappointed the rest of our trip, (which was only 2 days!!!) This was our first time staying at this hotel and was more than likely our last.

Check in process was awful it took 45 min. The room itself was great. Downfall is we could hear every conversation from the people next door to us because of how thin the walls were. I

Room outdated and not that clean. Hot in hallways. Not a lot of food options

The front desk was amazing, always there to help. However no one maintained the room while we were there. Make beds, change towels, empty garbage, etc.

The stay was nice. Check in was good, no issues. Only stayed one night. Some things in room need updated.

There was a lot of dust. A lot of dust. A lot of dust balls on places that was unacceptable. Dust on both sides of refrigerator. Between the cracks on floor where refrigerator is placed. Dust was on the mirror in bathroom- the small attached mirror.. Very uncomfortable unacceptable and very disappointed

I usually love Bally's! But this time I left very disappointed. Finally got a few days off from work and I selected two nights (sun-tues) for a little relaxation. I paid close to 80 dollars for the resort fees but the pool is closed mon- wed. And no access to the fitness center either. Other hotels leave access to the pool with towels so I'm not sure why Bally's can't do the same. Their jacuzzis have been down for a while from what I hear and may not be re-opening. Just overall disappointing to say the least. So I'm paying for what resort amenities cause those fees don't cover parking either. At least staying in the hotel parking garage gets reduced if you are a hotel guest. Just not thrilled at all with Bally's. I think they need to start reinventing their brand in this location. And the spa only offers massages but no mani/pedis or any other types of services. Hoping Bally's can turn it around.

There was a club going on outside my window! When I called to complain, Raina answered the phone said it should be over by 1am. I asked for a manager and she said “ how can I help you” as if she was the manager. Then as I was telling her what was happening she said “ I can give you a hour later check out or a $50 discount, when I was unhappy about that she said “let me get the manager! Then when Donald got on the phone he was very rude, not letting me finish what I was saying and then he said “you’re in Atlantic City, what do you expect”? I was so angry with how he was talking to me that my husband and I packed our bags at 12:30am and went to check out! Then when I got to check out the young lady got Donald for me and he had no words for me. He stood there just staring at me until I said I want to check out! He had no apology or anything! I was refunded the second night stay and then drove 2 hours home!

This probably is old, outdated, filthy and literally stinks. They handed out a paper when you check in stating they are finishing up on renovations. Apparently not in any of the places the general public would see, only the one tower, where no one seemed to be staying. Please don’t expect your room to be clean upon check in, because it isn’t. There was HAIR in the tub, sink and on the bathroom floor. Crumbs still on the table in our room from the prior guests because the table wasn’t wasn’t washed off. And certainly don’t expect ANY service while staying there because that won’t happen either. We asked for a few towels because they don’t have daily service and they acted like we were asking for a million dollars. Staff overall were rude and not helpful. All the rooms are supposedly “non-smoking” however people were clearly smoking weed in their rooms, all day and night. Made the mistake of taking the steps because there was a line at the elevator. HUGE mistake, very scary. Clearly there are parties happening in the stairwells as evidenced by the trash and visible spills everywhere. It’s so sad how terrible this place looks as I’m sure back in the day it was beautiful. It’s clear that it is poorly if at all maintained and struggling financially.

Great time comfortable bed and the shower was good too. Also had a fridge for my drinks.

Room was fine once we got there. Check in was a nightmare though. Line was long and check in kiosk did not work. Once checked in and issued our room keys we found people in the room written on our key card holder. The room the girl wrote down was wrong. The floor phone didn't work so my husband had to go back to the front desk to find out where our room was and since I am in a wheelchair he had to leave me behind with the luggage until he came back with the correct room number. Not a good start.

After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.

The room was not what the pic look like but it was comfortable.

Place is excellent

Everything good except air conditioner did not work. Was a little warm in the room for me.

The first person at desk to check in didn’t have my booking. Try charging me a higher price.I had go into my phone to show them. That bother me. I booked with hotel.com. Pay half and pay balance when I get there. .The hotel need to know about booking. I donot want kids jumping off walls.

Stayed in the Dennis Tower and the rooms were dark, not update, the chair had the vinyl peeling off. The bed was comfortable

There are kiosks for checking in but mine said that a room was not yet available and to check in later. But, while the lobby is huge, there's no place to sit down. So, I used the reception desk but it had only three people working there and so there was a long line. No signage to where the elevators are for the rooms. Room had no desk, only a small round table, and it was located on one corner of the room while the three lamps were in the other corners of the room.

The service could have been better and also I think ballys have improve the entertainment and onsite store choices could be better.

I stayed 3 nights for a conference and upon check-in had to request another room because the bathroom shower and tub were dirty. I was moved and the bathroom was fine, but when I went to use the phone I noticed that it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the bed was clean & comfortable and the hotel room was spacious. However, overall the Dennis Tower needs a complete renovation bc many things are run down and in need of repair. Lastly, I hated that there were no microwaves available on property.
