The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in/out experience was very quick, which was awesome. The only thing we did not like is the fact the room was not serviced daily. There was a sign stating they service every other day. When it came time to service the room, they only changed the towels and emptied the waste paper basket. The beds were not made and the furniture was not wiped down. Other than that our stay was very nice.

The air conditioner was so noisy every time it shut off, sleep was impossible. But when we found out there was a problem it was too late in the evening to try and switch rooms. Unfortunately we were stay underneath a room or rooms that people were slamming doors until 1230am. Was also disappointed that the king rooms do not have microwave or refrigerators. The staff were pleasant. I will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Property lies about room availability and then blames Expedia! Brian the clerk on duty spent more time blaming Expedia for the fact that the accessibility room I booked that was still showing available on Expedia as I’m standing in the lobby was not available & tried to say I’d have to pay for a more expensive room to get a accessibility room when I already booked it and had the proof /confirmation number!
Hotel lies to get you to book and expects you to pay more to make up for their lies / mistake! I will never book with this hotel chain again because of Brian!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything in our area and the common areas was in good working order and met or exceeded our expectations. Decent neighborhood, convenient parking and there was a killer, free, hot breakfast that was fresh and well stocked and had plenty of variety.
We were so pleased with our choice to stay here all around, such a great deal for what we payed and a surprising bonus to an already wonderful weekend in SLC. Can't recommend it enough!

This property has seen better days. Not only was the place old, it was also run down. There was mold under the wall paper in the fitness center (probably because it shared a wall with the pool, with little to no ventilation), the hot tube was luke warm at best, rust and mold were everywhere in the pool room, one of the ice machines was broken, and there was a big piece of metal in the parking lot where two spaces were coned off so they couldn’t be used. It just gave off the “dilapidated, delayed-maintenance, we-don’t-care vibe.” Despite all of this, the staff was very friendly, but we definitely did not get what we paid for and will not be staying here again.

This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever taken a part of staying at. The spa and pool were closed the entire time we stayed. The food was average, and the personnel were simply hard to locate. This Hamton Inn needs a complete management review, unless the comparison to a 1-star hotel is fine with Hampton. We have stayed at Motel 6 and comparable hotels that were better. If this hotel in Murray, Utah wants to stay in business the over-all stay needs to be looked at from a customers perspective. Good luck.

This was a great place for us to stay on a trip to Arizona. Also, we needed a junp start for our vehicle and the checkin clerk helped us out.

I booked this room for my grandparents. My uncle was in the hospital for over a week due to surgery complications.
The staff here were absolutely phenomenal. I live in Oregon and I had peace of mind knowing my Grandparents were taken care of! Every staff member went above and beyond for my family. I am in tears typing this out just because of the care and love you showed my family during such a hard time. It’s been 2 months of recovery, in and out of hospitals and ER’s and your staff were the best people we encountered.
You will never truly know the impact you made.

Was a pleasant stay in a dated hotel during a slow time of the year. Not too much hustle and bustle which made the stay nicer. Breakfast frittata was better than most Hamptons I've stayed at, but the bread was pretty much out and not refilled, nor was there staff around to request more. Front desk was friendly and efficient...but would project a better image if professionally dressed, as they were in baggy street clothes.

Place smelled like mold and mildew. Druggies in the parking lot shooting up and scoping out vehicles. Parking was full because of two hotels sharing parking lot, which meant I had to walk a long ways. The closest door was broken so you could not enter. Fire exits not clearly marked. I tried to cancel my reservation and leave but i would have had to pay the penalty. Rip off.
