It’s kind of hidden but nice. Clean, quiet, right off the highway and a cross from a shopping center.

Grounds, lobby and restaurant were great. Rooms, not so much. Outdated and dingy feeling.

Lightly Updated 70’s 80’s property with rooms surrounding pool. 12 teenagers were throwing a football and yelling in the pool until 9:00 pm making the who pool area unwelcoming. Employees made sure the towel dispenser was full but did noting about the behavior. Our room seemed ok on the surface but we noticed that the toilet had uncleaned dried urine on the back of it. Breakfast room was understaffed and under capacity for the number of guests though the two ladies running it were doing their best. Overall, the property is decent but the management could be better. Also, EV chargers in the parking lot would be welcome.

Was staying out of town for work. After returning to my room at the end of the day I noticed that someone had been in my room and it wasn’t house keeping. The room looked as though someone was trying to find something hidden. I immediately notified the front desk. I waited about 30min before they gave me a new room but not before telling me that they were completely booked. Very unsettling knowing that an unknown person entered my room and looked through it.

The front desk works were sorta rude. My reservations was a gift paid for by a family member and I was told they had to make sure I had money in order to stay so they took 75 dollars from my checking not telling me that they where gonna take 75 dollars and it bouncing my account. The staff pretty much made me and my boyfriend feel like money makes a person and how dare we be there. The random stranger were kinder just walking by saying hello. The room was clean though the pillows blankets all great very nice clean motel with a lot of nice features. I just think they could have had Better people as staff. Nobody she be defined by size color race religion or financial status. To me that is cruel and ignorant. Sorry not sorry I’m being honest. They guest where kind and friendly though 😊

After traveling all day I booked this hotel last minute without reading the reviews. My mistake! I figured Four Seasons to be reputable hotel with friendly staff. We arrived after 9 pm. Hotel was nice and we quickly went to bed. Awake at 5am to shower and get ready to leave before rush hour traffic only to find we had no hot water in shower. When we told front desk personnel he didn’t have any concern and told me I would receive a receipt via email. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience he took my number and said the manager would call me. After leaving I contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel also. The hotel told Hotels.com to file a complaint via email and they would be contacted in 3 days. I understand that things happen but be apologetic. After leaving I read reviews only to find out this has been going on for months! Why can this not be fixed! Lesson learned! Always read the reviews!

Stay was good. Air conditioning in the room never got the temp below the mid 70’s. There was a drawer on the dresser and night stand that would fully open and would not stay closed. We wedged something in the drawers to keep them shut. Overall the hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool area was clean and well maintained.

Lovely property. The only issue was that our room smelled like it was once a smoking room. We didn't complain because we were only there a short time.

They charge $150 for pets which they don’t state on their website or Expedia page. The rooms are so basic they’re not even worth $150, let alone for a small, quiet, and clean pet.

I enjoyed having a nice, quiet corner room. I was disappointed I could not get the room as cool as I wanted at night, but it was at least passable.
I was at this property in June, and let the front desk know the jacuzzi jets were not functioning well. A month later, they are still not functioning well. One mostly works, and the rest have no pressure behind them whatsoever.
Having prices on the lobby snacks would be helpful.

It’s convenient. The front desk staff are friendly. The state of the hotel is not good. There are no fans on the bathrooms. The rooms are damaged and not repaired ( walls, floorboards, rugs, etcetera). Housekeeping is sloppy; don’t provide coffee replenishments, toiletries, plastic cups, coffee cups, and so forth. I’m gonna try the Novato Courtyard Marriott next time instead.

Staff was great, Bathroom was A little dirty and toilet didn’t flush well no, had to reach in and fix the toilet to fill. No hot water in the morning. Air conditioner smelled pretty bad and loud. beds were comfortable and pillows were great!

The property is very run down. The AC did not work and the single pain windows allow for heat and noise. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

I can't give them any stars for what I've had to deal with over the past week. I unfortunately left my AirPod Max headphones there and called me immediately to retrieve them. They said that they would call me back and never did. I repeated this process about seven times telling them that I’ve been tracking them on my phone and I know that they’re still there and they refuse to look for them or call me back. These are not cheap and I want my stuff back.

The restaurant ran out of food at the buffet at breakfast after they sat me at a table. They made some more food, eggs and potatoes, but I did not have the option of getting other items. Not worth the price at all!!

Excellent location to city of San Francisco within 15/20 mins driving. The hotel has a centralized pool & jacuzzi very popular with families. Rooms and lobby are very clean. At the hotel, signs are postec advising they are "renovating and making upgrades" altho no construction work was visible or heard. Beds are extraordinarily comfortable but if you're wanting quiet for good nights sleep, ask for a front room at lobby/parking otherwise you hear traffic from 101 all night.

We liked the people who were behind the counter. They were really nice and helpful.
They had wonderful lifts for the pool and were happy to accommodate our wheelchair. The accessible room had an good spacious bathroom, but the living area around the beds need to be larger. The wheelchair could just park not move.
