My room cleanliness was Awesome, the freshness of the bed was Amazing, I was not disappointed there was a light squeak in the bed nothing over the top, CJ you did an Awesome job, the lady who changed my bed covering was very sweat, friendly and easy to talk to, the man from MS was friendly the gentleman and the ladies at the front desk very friendly, one of the ladies invited me to Life in Christ Church in Marion, KY ❤️ I won’t forget her was unable to make it but will definitely make it the next time I visit Kentucky ❤️ My birthday week was beyond blessed, Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the perfect place for me to meet with friends coming from a different direction. We were able to visit and spend time in the lobby area. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

Cindy at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room can probably use some updates, but it was clean and spacious.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the towels were large and soft. The only reason for cleanliness was there was some mold/mildew around parts of the tub, otherwise the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was the superstar of our stay. All of the food was delicious and hot. We were even asked if everything was good by a woman who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast. We were on the way home from Kansas and there had stayed at a Hyatt and I can tell you this Hampton Inn was much better in all ways. Would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again if in the area.

They do not clean your room. They said they will if you ask but we asked and they did not clean it. I’m handicapped and wear diapers the tiny trash cans can’t hold 1 day of diapers much less 3. Front desk is rude, day and night. Sad! The office area is a joke. The computer closes constantly very frustrating and no ink to print. The only nice people there are the tep ladies in the breakfast area. They were so sweet. I was so busy trying to get the computer to work and the one lady came over and said you haven’t eaten yet do you want me to keep everything out until your finish. She was so sweet, but I couldn’t eat I was so frustrated that I couldn’t print out the work I had done. I tried talking to the front desk, I waited for 10 min while she was on the phone with no acknowledgment. She could have said could you please hold a moment and see what I needed but no. And of course she had no ink for the business printer. Just totally dissatisfied I will not stay again. Again the only nice people were the breakfast ladies, I only ate there one morning out of the 3 but I went in each morning to greet the the 2 ladies because they were so kind. The front desk would not even say anything everyday as we went in and out for 3 days. Who trained these people? We stay in hotels all over and this is just not how you treat your customers. Good Morning and a smile go a long way! I had more energy than all of their front desk staff put together sad.

Bathtub had mold around it, front desk guy was not only condescending but matter of fact about it. Parking was ok and they accepted pets.

The room was superb and the hostess was exceptional . The breakfast the next day was amazing not only for the food but the service was far better than any i have ever seen . Good Job all around . God Bless you all

Super Clean and up to date features! Breakfast is an excellent variety..(waffles, omelette, meat choices and my favorite...Oatmeal with brown sugar, sliced almonds and dried cran-raisens everyday choices! Pool and Weight room with elliptical, treadmills and free weights. Huge Plus you will get your bang out your buck! Beds are New and Comfy!

Room is sparkling clean! Front desk super friendly and helpful. You get so many restaurant options nearby! Would definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay

We were in town for a funeral. Our stay was only 1 night. We found the hotel room to be clean, comfortable and quiet! Breakfast had many options and the coffee was good! We were pleased with everything!

The room was very clean and the AC worked wonderfully! We were impressed at the friendliness of the staff and how well the rooms were maintained. Would stay here again!

This unit was excellent. Had a bitter stay at another unit close to Louisville. (Not Hampton). You could feel the quality when you walked in to check in. The lobby is nice. Staff was great, room was exceptional. Very quiet, clean, comfortable, decent pillows. Great hvac. I strongly recommend if in this area, this is a place to highly consider in your travel plans. We went to Venture Water Park. It is a 8 minute drive from park to motel. Very nice after a day of fun.

Room was clean, but I felt it was overpriced by about $40/night compared to nicer hotels I had stayed at earlier in my trip. It was under renovation in the parking area, so that was understandable. The rooms were decent, but not $180/night nice. Gentleman at the front desk during check in was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay! We wanted a little getaway in the KY Lake District and this was a great place to be located. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. There were many smiles. Breakfast was delightful! Even though the property is a bit dated, the cleanliness was amazing. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
