Bed was comfortable for an overnight stay. Room furniture damaged.

Room was not very clean. Our tv never worked the hole time we were there 2 days. Only had 2 towels for me and my spouse. The breakfast was not available. No we will not be staying there again.

Hotel was clean, and bed was very comfortable. The overall property needs work, the building needs exterior paint and repairs, the parking area has weeds coming up through the pavement

The hotel has improved in the the past couple of years. The rooms were clean, and the pool and hot tub seemed well kept. The front desk staff were nice.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years but will not return. Reason is that there has no breakfast been served since covid. The bar is closed as well, if you stay on the mainfloor, you may be in luck to have a person above you walking back and forth from 5:30 am until past 8 am. Not a very good sleep.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, central location, lots of free parking; and they were able to accommodate my request for an early check in so I could get ready for the wedding I was in town to attend which was very much appreciated. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future .

Staff was very friendly at check in and check out! Kids had fun at the pool! Would stay there again if I am in Port Alberni!

We made a late booking but they were able to accommodate us. Room was very clean and had everything we wanted. Great service. And the pool setup is excellent. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Port Alberni!

The air conditioner worked well during our stay when it was very hot. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not available for any meals.

Staff at Hospitality Inn have stepped up their game and as a frequent guest who has seen some of the “darker days” of this property, it is nice to see the upswing and the attention to details.

At this price, you better pay 40$ more per night and go to Best Western Plus Barclay!
Room was dark and smell like old moisture! We didn’t open our luggage and we left!

Expedia booking indicates breakfast included. Property says their dining facilities are under restoration and Expedia knows about it. Please fix the website so that travelers know what to expect and what they have paid for.

Outside of building needs serious spruce up. Grounds shabby too. Older hotel but rooms are just fine. Clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

A poor welcome, had to ask simple questions and was hard work.
Room was good, Pool & Spa were nice.
Nothing to do in area. Places shut at 7pm so not good for us. Good as an emergency place to stay but not a vacation place.

My friend and I stayed here for a wedding and had called a cab for a ride to the venue. The cab never showed up and we had no way of making it in time for the ceremony. The manager heard us talking and offered us a ride to the wedding! He went above and beyond. So very nice of him. Would definitely stay here again!

There was no breakfast at this hotel. When other guests shut their doors it was loud. T.V. Was very limited and we didn’t have a tv guide to know which channels worked. No pool. Hotel decor was very dated. No air conditioning in the halls and lobby and it was humid/stuffy. On the other hand our room was neat and clean with acceptable amenities.

They didn’t let us check in til 3pm, which is ok. Used their public washroom which according to my daughter is so clean. We checked in at around 4pm and it was easy and fast. Room was clean and smells nice, beddings were great, we slept well and good. Washroom was clean and had shampoo and conditioner and lotion but not enough for 4 people who stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Hot tub and pool. Everything is good tho the property is quite old. Rating the whole experience 7/10.

Very handy to the activities we were involved in. The floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept very well. We were there for two nights and were quite happy with our accommodations. Missed the decaf coffee in the check in area provided by most of the hotels we stay in.
