This is an older hotel. It doesn't have an elevator, but it's clean and we'll maintained. Because it's older there aren't as many outlets for charging phones and laptops as you find in newer hotels. An extension cord or two might be helpful if you have much to charge. The staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

Pendleton seems like a very nice town but we didn't have much time to look around.
This motel was convenient and comfortable for our short stay.

Quick overnight stay parking was limited. Power went off in the middle of the night no back up system so at 7:30 am there was no hot water to take a shower. When spoke to the staff member st the desk her response was indifferent to the problem and said if I waited they would eventually have hot water.

Stayed for the roundup. Hotel was clean and up to date. Room was comfortable. Slept well. Only issue was a noisy heater/fan that was distracting when we were sleeping. We paid a lot of money to stay during this event and I like it quiet when I sleep.
Breakfast was good- lots of selections. Will return.

Easy access off the highway and clean hotel. Friendly check in staff. Small parking lot but found a space in the back when returned late in the evening.

We traveled all day and were looking forward to going to the pool with the kids since they've been in the car so long but the pool was shut down for cleaning. The front desk attendant suggested we go to the Red Lyon. The room we booked was a one bedroom to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. The Red Lyon didn't have a one bedroom unit. The kids were very disappointed and hoped it would be available in the morning but the pool cleaner didn't show up so no pool.

Stayed at this hotel because of other reviews. True that it’s not newer hotel but it was better than lower priced motels. Colin helped us check in and was very courteous and took extra effort to ensure our room was ready. We didn’t use the pool but it looked in good shape and other guests were happily using it. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good with hot options. Staff was very friendly. We would consider this hotel again when traveling through.

I paid $233 to stay in this place and it had filthy carpet I didn’t want to walk on without shoes. This is a $90 hotel pretending to be worth more.

I physically could not make it to the property for my booking due to a wildfire in the area closing the freeway repeatedly. I called the property the night before and “Anna” said no problem, the booking could be cancelled and fully refunded as it was outside my control and theirs. However, I was billed for the stay and the property refuses to refund me, even for something outside my control (closed roads) and which their employee said was not a problem. As well, Expedia offers no recourse other than talking to the property manager. Not happy with either Best Western Pendleton or Expedia.

We have stayed here several times. The entire hotel is immaculate. The room was well equipped and had excellent air-conditioning, beds and linens. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The check in was easy.
We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee during our stay. The pool was outside and very nice.

I made a mistake when booking through Expedia and the property staff was very helpful in sorting out the issue

The bed was ok and the facility was quiet at night. The room was clean.
The staff was not very friendly.
There were few dining options in the area near the hotel. I went downstairs three times for breakfast and there was no food left. They closed the breakfast bar when I went downstairs the fourth time, so I had no time to eat until noon.
Some people were drinking beer at the entrance near the back of the building the evening I arrived.
I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel and I probably won’t come back.

Not fancy but comfortable and clean, the pool and the hot tub were great but the continental breakfast was exceptional. Not a bunch of sweat treats but real food. We really enjoyed our stay.

The young woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Even though she was the only one working, and had to deal with a long line of people waiting and constant phone calls, she remained calm, respectful, and polite. She should be commended

For elderly - no elevator for the second floor. Rooms large and spacious. Instant coffee terrible.
I should have checked for continental breakfast and didn’t. So many properties offer that now.

Room smelled like dog even to a person traveling with a dog. Beds were hard and thin comforter and sheets. Power went out which isn’t their fault but that meant no shower, breakfast or air and it was already getting hot. Too expensive for what you get but conveniently located next to freeway and front desk gal was super nice.

This hotel was the cleanest and most comfortable of our stays during our recent cross-country move. That's great, but I especially want to thank some members of the staff who went above and beyond to help us when we experienced a personal problem at checkout time, even though it certainly wasn't required by their jobs to do so. Some good folks there and we would absolutely stay there again if we're passing that way.

Several family members stayed at this property for a family reunion. It was very conveniently located, friendly and clean.

There's no elevator, I'm 31 weeks pregnant traveling with three small children under the age of 6 and the front desk was extremely unhelpful. They seem incompetent and didn't try very hard to help. The room keys I had also kept stop working making me go up and down flights of stairs with three small children to get new keys from the desk.

We were on the second floor. No elevator.This hotel lacked cleanliness . Carpet looked like hadn’t been vacuumed. Cigarette butt on the stairway, chip crumbs all over the carpet in the hallway to our room. Didn’t want to sit on chairs in room as they were heavily stained.Most concerning was the fact that side door into the hotel had no way of being securely closed. It just swung in or out. Anyone could have entered the hotel. Will not be staying here again.
