Friendly staff and Excellent service

It was great. The staff were super friendly.

Apart from issues in the check in process with identification documents for a child, which seemed very over the top. It was a wonderful property, with excellent amenities, cleanliness, and a great service team. Especially in the main buffet dinning hall, the service was top class and yet prices were reasonable,Special mention to the staff making the main door and bell boys, very respectful and helpful. If in Agra look no further, this is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was a great stay in the hotel. There was a instance of cleanliness issue, otherwise the stay was great. 4 stars since I stayed in one of the hotels in Delhi from the same group of hotels and there service was outstanding.

Special mentions: Vaishnavi, Sidhanth, Chandra and Aditya. They made our stay memorable and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived at The Hotel Trident, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury and sophistication. The impeccable service, characterized by attentiveness and warm hospitality, set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, boasting opulent furnishings and state-of-the-art amenities. The meticulous attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the exquisite décor, created an ambiance of sheer indulgence.

After the craziness of Delhi and the disappointment of our accommodation there, then the madness stepping out of Agra Caant Station - we needed some quality and calmness. It was such a relief to get to this hotel. It oozes quality as soon as you arrive. It’s a fantastic hotel. A piece of calm in this busy city. The service was great. The room was quality, clean and high class. The swimming pool a hit with the children - be warned there is no shallow end, depth about 135cm. Dining options are varied and tasty. It’s an expensive menu, but we didn’t mind as our room rate was so cheap and we didn’t want to venture out into the madness. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very flexible and accomodating staff. Despite low price this is a very nice hotel with good service. Only small issue is some slime on pool stairs, they should clean it better.

The staff at the Trident provided us with exemplary service and were very friendly and courteous. The food menu has definitely improved from our last visit. The rooms are clean and in great condition. Will definitely visit again.

Service needs to improve

Excellent location for trips to Agra Fort and especially Taj Mahal. Hotel is very clean and well-functioning. Super observant and kind staff. Besutiful and sage surroundings with pool, park and lots of vegetation. All worked well and they connected us with the best guide for our trip to Taj Mahal. Very good value for money.

For a 5 star hotel, I was underwhelmed. The room was fairly small, but the lack of storage was appalling. There were two small drawers and a closet where you could hang about 8 items. No storage in the main room or bathroom. When we arrived, there was a collection of food particles on the floor by the trashcan and stains on the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. When we called about how to operate one of the light switches, they insisted on sending someone, rather than just telling us over the phone (frustating because it was late in the evening and we had to get dressed to allow the individual in our room). While the room itself isn't that impressive, the lobby, restaurant and grounds are very nice. The staff is very kind, welcoming and efficient.

Location was very good for visiting key attractions in Agra. Security and service at the hotel were excellent. The chefs and staff preparing the meals in the restaurant were fantastic - the curries, Dahl, gulab jamen, and masala chai were exceptional.

Very welcoming staff, it was good to return to this lovey hotel. My only disappointment was the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know this before we booked as I may have chosen a different hotel.

Good property with a location near to Taj Mahal and amazing hospitality and customer service, Muskan who checked us in and Harshit front of front-of-house manager are examples of true indian hospitality ethos.

Seeing the Taj Mahal in winter can be a bit of a weather-related lottery so even though Agra can be “done in a day” we opted for a two-night stay. Guided by online-reviews, we booked the Trident because it was a five-star hotel at a reasonable price with decent on-site facilities and a 5-minute taxi ride from the Taj’s East Gate. The reception was very welcoming and our room, whilst bland and featureless, was immaculate if a little small for a luxury hotel. The onsite dining (where we took breakfast and dinner both nights) was good quality catering for Asian and European tastes, but the prices were high for India. Our only real gripe with the facilities is that all the communal areas (with the exception of the lovely poolside loungers) were impersonal, echoey and not particularly conducive to relaxation.

I recently stayed at Trident Agra and had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious and the variety of dishes was impressive. The kids club was a great addition to our stay, with a range of activities such as magic shows, puppet shows, pottery, book reading, and playstation. The hotel also provided a guide and taxi for Taj Mahal, which made our experience wonderful. Overall, I had a great time at Trident Agra and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.
