Hotel was great , just didn’t like at all all of restrictions of the pool , we had a child , they told her to be quite , 1 hour per room per day ? In my opinion just horrible, took a shower right after the pool in the change rooms, the staff told me to take a shower in the room , need to be out , again in my opinion not acceptable , other wise the hotel was great

The staff was fantastic and the food was great. Use of the fitness facilities was limited to 1 hour and you had to schedule in advance, which can be a bit limiting. Also, the photo online showed an outdoor pool and it was an indoor pool, which would not have been a problem except you had to sign up to use it. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

Generally a good stay but this time, I had to move to 3 rooms before one had functioning air conditioning. It got very hot in the room, and 2 nights of my stay were extremely uncomfortable without the AC. The only way to then cool the room down was to open the window, but that then brought in all the noise from outside traffic all night!

The location is great. The room is in good conditions and ours was with a good view. The restaurant is too basic. The kindness of the people is great in all Portugal

Everyone was very helpful & wanted to make our stay a very pleasant one. Spa & facilities very good with free robes & shoes provided. Good WiFi - would definitely stay again thank you

Beautiful, exceptionally well managed hotel close to the Sanctuary in Fatima. Everything about this place of a high standard. Décor, cleanliness, staff, food and spa area hard to fault.
