I booked for two rooms but each room was different room size. It was not fair for other friends. Other than that everything was good.

All very nice - including food.

We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory.

I booked this hotel as we are driving to spain i didnt expect much for the price we paid but boy was i wrong from the moment you walked through the door the staff couldnt do enough for us it will defiantly be my choice of hotel on the way to spain in-the future

We stayed here because we had an early am flight and it was recommended from the concierge of our hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel. Better off staying in San Sebastián and having the extra 20 minutes to the airport. Small airport, so check in & security not an issue. I should have know by the price of the room

A very good overnight stay. Staff pleasant, room spotless. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, hot and cold options, plenty of fresh fruit, everything refilled quickly and efficiently. Minor issues were weak shower and non functioning hair dryer.

It can be a little difficult to find, but it has a great location being close to the airport and to San Sebastián. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding us a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday night.

The hotel is lovely for stay when you transit. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable beds are God sent after you travel for hours. Access to get to the hotel is through a petrol station on one side , depending which way you come from …and is obscured by the big trees( so is easy to miss ).Could do with better sign posting. Also with being positioned between 2 busy roads can be rather noisy. The biggest disappointment was size of the restaurant. For being such a popular place with people going and coming between Spain & France… We got there late and after 9 hours journey and the restaurant was full just a small part was open for serving food (that sounded delicious…by the way. We tried to book a table as we were reluctant to jump in the car again, but not a chance, we asked in our limited Spanish if we can sit on the adjoining terrace but we were told that we need to wait… probably by standing on the doorway sort of speak . Just a handful of staff being run rugged. Staff not friendly and also seem like they were blind to the fact you were trying to find out how you could eat in this place, at one point I put my hand up and waved to get their attention so I coul ask. Went to bed hungry. Breakfast was great and staff nice, food was catered for all different cuisines. I will still book this hotel for location and if I will transit again.

Great value. Thin walls. Dining a bit cage like. Nice gardens surrounded by motorways.Plenty of parking. One entry is through motorway service station so not quite what it looks like in the pictures. Would stay again.

We spent one night at Hotel Urdanibia Park, check-in was easy, the staff friendly, the room in great condition... The hotel is located next to a major highway, but with the windows closed I did not find the noise disturbing. I particularly liked the dining room which offers a nice variety of refreshments, including local food and drinks.

Second stay at this hotel (not sure if this is actually considered a stay since I actually left). First time I stayed at this hotel I found it really nice and suitable for someone travelling by car like myself. I did not encounter anything wrong with it. This second time there was plenty of noise from other guests in the corridors but the worse was dogs (more than one) actually baking inside the hotel. If you are travelling by car and you want to have a rest before you resume your driving you cannot have barking dogs every time you are almost asleep. In the end I got out of bed, actually left the hotel altogether and continued my journey. I did not realise the hotel welcomes dogs. This was the last time I booked this hotel I am sorry to say. I do not recommend this hotel anymore.

THEY TOLD ME TO SLEEP IN MY CAR!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! They refused to give me a room that I paid for on Expedia and after half an hour of searching for my booking they failed to find me and told me to sleep in my car. Nobody spoke English. They forgot to print out my booking and refused to accept a proof of payment from Expedia app. I offered to pay by card but they refused and TOLD ME TO SLEEP IN MY CAR!!! It was the worst night ever. I hope they burn in hell.

This location was an ideal stopover en route from Portugal to Eurotunnel. It is located close to the autoroute and i was very impressed with the zero notice value for money affordability. The multi lingual receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was very well appointed complete with fridge. The modern en suite shower room was excellent. Although I didnt make use of it, the restaurant menu that was posted in the lifts looked good value for money. Each area i utilised was clean and modern. The very large bed was comfortable. This hotel is also able to accommodate small pets. For the traveller, thee is also a filling station on the approach back onto the autoroute.

We needed a place to sleep during our long car journey south. This fitted the bill perfectly. Only problem was the bar and kitchen were closed by the time we arrived.

We arrived late and were greeted with a friendly smile and a very nice snack and drink in the bar area.Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an Excelent shower.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious and well kept with plenty of storage for clothing and nice bathroom as well.The restaurant/snack-bar food was good but the service could have been better as waiters were not very attentive to "special" requests. The breakfast food was nice but i could have eaten more.
