The location was good as we walked to restaurants and parks. Disappointed in dinner as some things were just microwaved.

Good Location, the room was really clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The breakfast was good and also the resteraunt and a very good menu and the food was great and reasonably priced. Also the small lobby shop was well stocked and the prices were also reasonable.

Hotel is OK, my stay was during covid-19 restrictions so hotel was open in a limited capacity.Hotel was clean but dated. Bed and pillows were not comfortable- 2 tiny pillows that offered no support.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was kept incredibly clean. The breakfast was very good. The only thing this hotel might consider to improve would be to add some additional parking area.

Great hotel, nice amenities, well situated (we had a car to get around in). We passed on the 20 euro breakfast, there are some breakfast placed not far away. Would definitely recommend!

We had a Nice time in tthis hotel. THE rooms are nice with a comfortable bathroom and a great tv. You really need to ask for a room in the back because of the bussy road in front of the hotel. Tram in to the city is within a 5 minute walk available. Next time we will go for a hotel somewhat closer to the city.

Unless you find 17 eur a reasonable price for a bottle of still water and an apple juice, check before you ask for anything.

Hotel was clean, large room, staff helpful and friendly. Nearby area offered many options for eating and drinking and Dresden centre was a short tram ride or approx 30 minute walk away.

Staff was excellent, and the room was excellent. Parking was a bit difficult, though - the parking garage is necessary because of the limited number of free parking places, and its a bit of a walk from the garage to the hotel entrance. I realize they only have so many spaces, but that was a bit of a disappointment.

Everything was good, but 28 Euros for breakfast is crazy

The hotel booked was full on arrival so we were given rooms in the adjacent property, a different hotel brand . Due to the inconvenience, the staff upgraded the room and gave a location with a scenic view that was nice. The room was very clean and spacious but looked spartan despite there being a king-size bed. The floor was laminate rather than carpet so it felt cold rather than inviting. This is a good hotel for anyone allergic to carpet. Other than the ambiance, the hotel was acceptable.

Great hotel, very nice staff, located in the New area so its a bit far from the old part which is the center. but over all, it was a great vacation.
