Excellent location for visiting Yokohama area and going to central Tokyo by subway and train in 45 minutes. Airport buses to and from both Heneda Airport and Narita Airport at the hotel

The view of the hotel is amazing. The location was really good, you can walk to all the attractions in Yokohama in 5-10 minutes.

I've stayed at a variety of hotels, including many high end ones. The Yokohama Bay Hotel was The Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Just a wonderful room, plenty of amenities in the room, and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Very western style hotel, beautiful elevators, well maintained and clean. Outstanding feature is view of the waterfront from our "executive twin" room. We stayed there the night before boarding a cruise.

We had our family trip in Yokohama this year (2024). The hotel staffs are very friendly. Hotel location is very convenient. Walking distance to malls, subways, and restaurants.
They even gave us a free upgrade to a penthouse floor room for my 94 year old mother-in-law! With lounge access and great view, she enjoyed staying there.
We recommended this hotel.

This is one of my husband's and mine favorite hotels in Japan. It is clean with helpful friendly staff and comfortable and large rooms for a very good price. The location is not far from the subway and lots of shopping and food. The balcony is really nice to sit on to catch a sea breeze and relax while enjoying the view.

We had a bay view room which had giant panoramic windows. The price was great, the area is nice. There isnt too much to do but it was a nice relaxing slow paced area to be in the last few days of our trip. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

Phenomenal bargain for a 5 star “penthouse” room with a gorgeous view. The staff were very helpful and polite. There’s a mall connected with a subway station below. Lots to do in walking distance but can go around Yokohama in very inexpensive and easy public transportation.

We were taking a cruise around Japan and Yokohama was where the cruise terminal was. Wish we had stayed here the night before and also the night after or even two. It is such a beautiful port and so clean. I had worried that it would be an industrial port but it isn’t and the hotel attached to the Queen Mall. We would have liked to stay several nights and made Yokohama Bay Hotel our base. Taxis are so easy to get to travel around Tokyo from here. We love love loved this hotel. So elegant and convenient.

The hotel was amazing because it was so hot outside and we did not have to leave the air conditioned hotel and shopping mall. The airport limousine bus picked us up right outside the lobby so again, we remained in the air conditioned hotel until the bus arrived.
