Short stay! Quiet and beds were very comfortable!

We were traveling to Chicago for a family reunion. We needed a hotel near their home, and we were looking for a reasonably priced hotel. We booked the hotel room online, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly impressed with the receptionist and our room. It was very clean and quite comfortable. We would highly recommend Comfort Inn for your next stay in this area.

This is a comfortable & affordable place for a quick stay with no frills. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

Close to where I was going. Booked 2 rooms and they put us on different floors.

The remodeling quality was a little off, especially around the tub. The staff ànd breakfast were great.

The room smelled like fish when I checked in after driving all day. Later in the evening, I stepped in a wet pet spot by the bed. I covered it with towels and reported it in the morning. I also noticed that the toilet seat had spots with feces in two locations, on top & below the front lip. Yuk! Still, I slept well and met another guest outside who was also traveling I-80. That was nice!

It was decent - great price compared to hotels in the area. Older hotel with a facelift.

Very dirty and has a funny smell to it. Our room had aunts all close to the bathroom door & the AC did not work. The lamp was also disgusting, something was stained on it. Will never stay there again

The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and large. The motel was right off I-80 and was very convenient to get to restaurants & other areas in the city. The room was a somewhat dated, and the fridge & fan were a bit loud when they kicked-in. Overall, it was good experience, and we would stay there again!

After a long day of driving across country it was delightful to relax in clean surroundings with warm friendly staff. Genuinely pleased and impressed. I would definitely stay in a Comfort Inn again!

I left and forgot my CPAP machine in room, housekeeping had front desk call my cell phone to tell me and luckly i wasn't even a mile away. Very thankful for that!!

Check in was easy and seamless, lobby area was clean and tidy. Facility were in decent condition it looked like they were newer and were clean. Room was modest but was clean. Was really happy to see daily room service, that was a real treat. Everyone was polite and attentive but there seemed a personal touch missing, people like to feel appreciated.

Nice hotel

This hotel was terribly outdated. EWWW is the only word I can use to describe this hotel. Every layer of bedding was stained, the shower curtains had hand print stains, there was mould in the bathroom and main room and the entire room smelled like urine. The shower drain was plugged. I could go on. Cheaper than the rest but NOT WORTH IT!!!!

My stay was terrible, first room, smell of smoke and owner didn’t seem to believe me . Didn’t give me another room until he checked for himself. They charged me a pet fee per night, Holiday Inn down the street charges per stay. Back door was always partially open, not secure and people congregated outside. Overall unfriendly staff. Will not stay here again.

Thé room was not clean, hairs in the bed and the shower

Had an overnight stay. Late check-in was not an issue. Staff was friendly. During Morning breakfast, I saw other families staying here as well.

Under remodeling and I wasn’t told that when I booked!

Weve been here all weekend due to job change. This is always our first choice hotel to stay in while in Joliet. For as much as we are here you would think we would get a discount after so many stays lol. Nice location, plenty of dining places around, a few in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. For the most part it's pretty quiet in our rooms, occasionally youll have a rude guest that doesnt know how to quietly close there door. With it being a pet hotel, i wish they would consider making some of these rooms with just hardwood floors for pets. Carpeting is such a bad idea with a pet hotel.

We stay here often when we are in this area, our trucking terminal is only a five minute ride from here. We have booked two different rooms on different times. I prefer a king sized bed for us and the puppies on the second floor because then we dont get the noise of people stomping around all night. Two out of our three puppies are service dogs so the pet fee is waived otherwise it is $20 per pet per stay. This is a very pet friendly hotel and no rooms are pet restricted as i was informed from the girl at the front desk that works night shift. So if you want a big room with a jacuzzi tub, its only $20 more than booking a regular room. I really wish they would bring back the old shower heads though. The one that was installed in the rooms we stayed in have a rotating center piece in the shower and it seems like the pressure doesnt do to good with this type of shower head. Personally, i perfer to be able to soak in a hot bath most days i come off the road to relax the muscles and aches, but each is to there own. We will always be returning customers to this location.
