I was immediately thrown off at the fact that we had to pay a $60 deposit after we had already paid for the room. Like, we had to lay this separate on top of the room fee. They had a set up for coffee inside the room but the basket for the coffee was gone so we couldn't make coffee in the room. I'm just glad they gage us the deposit back when we left. We will not return.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The fan in the window a/c unit, squeaked all the time! The traffic noise was so loud, we thought the window was open and it was actually closed!
No remote for the TV, and when we asked the front desk for a remote, they said we had to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix it! The next day, with a different person on the front desk, that person immediately brought us one!
Overall, it wasn’t very clean and I wouldn’t recommend staying in this place.

This was the worst Sonesta we've ever stayed at, I don't know if it's changing into the name Sonesta or if it was Sonesta, But look at the pictures this is the hotel that we went to Which was supposed to be sonesta, The breakfast was very Bad, Receptionist did not even know where Kleenex came from, So she didn't give me another one when it was empty in the room, it was empty when we got the riom, The beds were very creaky and noisy, We were locked out with both room keys for no reason, the cards were not even by our cell phones. Pool was very Small and cold, And we did not feel safe in that area very very Unhappy!!

Through out my stay for 2 nights and 2 days there was no WIFI connection and running water All guests were unable to shower or use the rest room. Ridiculous! I spoke to the girl in the front reception she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund she said mail a certain office which I did a week later no response or apology. Never going BACK!

Lots to say. First day, arrived & my key didn’t work so they moved me to another room, found it wasn’t the king bed i booked so they moved me to another room. 3rd room in one day, then the water wasn’t working that it would be on in a few hours.. cool.. day 2 was fine until end of day where the water wasn’t working again and asked downstairs & they said they didn’t know when it would be back on.. i asked again morning of day 3 to which they still didn’t know & I had to shower & do basic necessities. Reached out to Hotels.com and they requested a refund on my behalf due to this ugly & disgusting situation i was in and the hotel DECLINED to refund at least one night which was $47-$48. There are no signs outside the hotel to indicate the name of the hotel, very loud & noisy outside, diapers all around the parking lot & outside people’s room. very gross & HIGHLY DO NOT recommend staying here

They wear extremely rude. We arrived at hotel at 9pm (check in starts at 3) and was told to have a seat because its going to be a while due to no rooms being available. I had a reservation and my room was paid for prior to arrival. I simply asked why? And the front attendant LARRY loudly replied I shouldn’t have said anything, because now im going back and forth with you instead of trying to find a room. He was very rude and disrespectful, he wouldn’t even give me his name as i was contacting hotels.com…another employee a young lady walked up and i asked her his name. He walked off laughing saying i don’t have time for this. I was so disappointed and had to relocate to another hotel last minute. Very unprofessional and i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Worse hotel ever I don’t recommend it for anybody. There was never a manager on site and nothing was ever tooken serious. Then they tried to scam my friends credit card saying we owed $800 after we checked out. Be careful with these cheap ass hotels. It’s cheap ass people who run them

The place it’s not same as pictures on the website. Very smelly and the carpet was wet. Toilet very old and dirty. The parking area dirty too, and feel very unsafe.

The Wi-Fi here was not dependable. It worked well in some places and not in others. They may need to hire more people to clean the rooms because daily room cleaning was not available because of worker shortage. While my stay wasn't bad it could have been a lot better with these improvements of strengthening the Wi-Fi and having a few more cleaning staff.

Had to wait 2 hours after 3 pm to get a room
And when arrived was told by hotel attendant 2 find somewhere else to stay , this after driving from Florida to Mississippi then Gulfport to this place in the Houston area .
After prepaying the room. But after a long wait was given 1 room in a 3rd floor.
They have no luggage carrier and ended up making 8 trips to my car , to oral my things in to that 3rd floor room .

Toilet was clogged the entire stay . Everything was unplugged. Microwave didn’t work . There was not soap or shampoo both dispenseries were empty. Rooms were not cleaned up when we left and towels were not replaced. -10000/10 don’t recommend

The service and stay was terrible. Worse of all my stay with any other hotel.
When I got to the facility, they ran out of single queen size bed but the manager refuse to give me another other with a double queen or a king and indicated that Expedia over booked. It’s Expedia fault.
They sent me to another facility and I have to paid for Uber. The service was just poor and unprofessional from from a management level.
When I got to the other facility, the elevator wasn’t working and my room was on the 4th floor, I have to walk the stairs every day. The carpet in my room had stains. The floor was not clean. I found piece of stuff on the floor.
There were no room service provided. They did not come to clean or change out the bath towel.
I would never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.

It was a very bad experience first they gave us a booked room we walked in on someone else then the water was shut off in the morning then when I asked if we can have a late check out hoping for water to be turned on the said no your check out is 11 you have to leave also noise in the bathroom fan broken lights smelly room

Check in day staff were careless and unprofesional and delayed all customers till 4pm to check in ,and claimed that rooms are not ready to leave at 3pm and turn all the work to the only one evening staff who was struggling to check in more than 5 customers.
