When you are in Nicosia in August you need a hotel with a pool. Cleopatra hotel has a beautiful pool that opens right after the complimentary breakfast. It is also located close to a pharmacy, convinient stores, and retail stores. It was an excellent choice for our vacation.

The AC was pointing right onto the bed. We both got sick. The side of Cyprus is nothing to do zero. Literally nothing to do in this hotel is for 20 minutes. Walk from eating area. I would not recommend anyone staying here if you wanna go see Cyprus down on Turkish side. Also €75 to get to the airport from the hotel and then we stepped outside and got our own taxi for $40

The location was perfect for walking around, finding great food and fabulous sights. Breakfast was delicious. Our only wish was that the pool area was open to sit around (it is truly too cold to swim now), but the pool area is gorgeous.

Great hotel, pool area is lovely, staff were friendly, positive and a pleasure to talk with. A hotel we will definitely return to. Nice short walk to old Nicosia / border, good bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great.

Great location in the centre but it is obviously a conference hotel and rather dated and tired. Common areas are very outdated and facilities are somewhat lacking.

The property has a Bar/Restaurant.The bartender was the highlight of my stay.Mr Costa accommodated beyond impeccable customer service.He was able to create an environment that was so welcoming and comfortable, I was able to forget about the major crisis I am involved.I appreciate the customer service of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the facility.

Hotel was very dated. Facilities were poor and in maintained. Breakfast was very low quality. I booked an executive room. “King size bed” was for lord Farquaad from Shrek if anything. I complained about the room and they said that it was an exec room just a smaller one… defeating the point of the upgrade. Room was also next to the generator outside which really improved the view and morning wake up…

Not to much at hotel. Just overnight. Bathroom was very small, bed was ok. In general, ok.

Only one towel for a twin room for two guests, had to ask from front desk to provide extra towels.

We arrived at 10:30 in the night, and went at the reception for check in, the officer couldn't find our reservation. Though there wasn't a busy day we had to wait for 15' for the other to find our reservation. Finally we were given the cards for the room and went to the room. There was a spacious room, but there wasn't any toilet paper. We have asked the reception for it but they couldn't help. We also have asked for the wifi code and he told us that he forgot to give us the information leaflet.
