I like the layout of the room and lots of places to put your stuffs despite the small space. Glad to have the hot water dispenser at the lobby. And it would be awesome if they have dispenser to get filtered water too. But we managed to get filtered water from the Visitor Info across the street.

The property is nice. The staff is exceptional. My room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing is that it needs some repairs. New carpets everywhere, and my roon was in need of some new paint.

Reasonable price. Nice large room, in very good shape. Comfortable bed. Near to a variety of fast food and coffee shops, as well as other restaurants in Valemount.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and accomodating. The property was clean and well looked after. The unfortunate thing was the sink leaked in my bathroom. If it hadn't been for that, the rating would have been higher.

Easy checkin. Close parking to the door. Staff was ok. MAIN COMPLAINT there is no ice bucket. Plenty of bags for ice, convenient ice machine, but no ice bucket. Never seen that before.

Staff was not very friendly. Seemed annoyed to even check us in. Room was not very clean, sink and surrounding area was dirty I cleaned it. Convenience of being right off highway but I wouldn’t recommend

Nice suite. Had the hottub in the room. hottub motor is too loud to watch tv and also be in the tub. Also the tiles are quite slippery around it. Hotel was nice, and there is a nice "gas station" pizza restaurant right next door. Nice location for someone passing through. Did not try the pool but it looked nice.

The bathroom does not have a hair dryer as advertised nor does it have an electrical outlet. The bathroom sink does not have a stopper so there is no way to fill the sink with water. Otherwise, the property is nice.

Clean, friendly, - need small tables on both sides of bed, one ply tp does not save money, curtains need replacing as shredded on one side / no ice bucket, luggage rack would be nice - nothing extravagant needed but small items to make stay more convenient and comfortable - large parking lot.

We stayed for one night. We woke up excited to spend some time using the property's pool before we headed out. However, as other reviews have said, the pool was very cold. The Sauna was out of order, the hot tub was covered up, and when we asked them to turn on the waterslide, the front desk told us it was out of service as well. Really disappointing for my 3 year old. Otherwise the room was clean, the beds were hard but comfortable. Fridge worked well.

Was the best price in town and for the price, it wasn’t bad. Room was nice and clean. Could use a little updating and repairs though.
Negatives : Our bath fan was broken and the water slide wasn’t functional. When travelling with a 13 year old, both of those would have been nice to have…
Positives : price, room was clean, convenient location just off the highway, next to Timmies and a gas station, and across the road from A&W

Good place to stay, affordable, comfortable, excellent service. The pool, waterslide, and hottub was the icing on the cake after a long drive. Definitely recommend, will stay again.

When booking, you are informed that the price includes breakfast and there is a swimming pool in the hotel.The swimming pool is there, however, not operational. There is no breakfast. We were told "you can eat outside hotel, in Tim Hortons". Like we did not know it. They said that the info about breakfast is "old". How come a professional hotel can have a misleading information about something so essential?

Staff were friendly; however, this is a rundown place, ac was not working for summer 35 C weather. Bedding was okay, pool is ok. Most of floor areas are carpeted with very old carpet.

Was a good hotel a bit dated but ok . The room wasn't cleaned well and not cleaned at all on our 3rd day , i had to ask them to clean it , usually this is normal to clean the rooms . Pool was small but it was good , jacuzzi was good .
