Walking up and down those steps, bringing your luggage in without an elevator was treacherous. The bathroom was made for small people. My husband had a hard time being 6 foot tall overall the experience to Bryson city was extremely nice.

The room was clean and very nice. The only issue i had was the beds killed my back. They felt like a rock. Other than that, i enjoyed our stay. Oh, and they had beautiful trees up.

Very nice budget hotel that is well maintained and clean. Stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. All of the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to Bryson City.

Very clean, efficient hotel. Rooms are on the small size but nice. Breakfast was typical waffles, pancakes, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Nothing fancy but fills you up.

It is very close to the Rocky Mountain Railway! The shower stall was very nice. The window treatment let the exterior lights shine in the room! The staff was very nice and helpful!

Melody, the front desk clerk was a joy to work with. She definitely put a smile on our faces each time we walked through the front doors. The pool was wet, the ice was cold and the breakfast bar was good. My only suggestion is that they service the air conditioning unit . The room smelled musky and that may be due to the air condition unit not draining properly. Stayed there for three days and I'm sure if we would have brought it to there attention, they would have moved us to a different room. But it was not a big deal.............

I'm elderly and we were on the second floor. There wasn't an elevator so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It was difficult. I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in because the desk guy was fixing a tv. It was late and I was ready for my room.

Check-in very easy; great staff. Room comfortable and very clean. Thumbs up to the sanitation crew. We had one minor problem that was corrected within 10 minutes after reporting it. Stayed three nights. Up grade the breakfast with bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy; this would be a 5 star hotel. That said; we will stay here again.

Great sleep. One thing positive I can always say about Sleep Inn is you will get a good night's sleep. Hotel was quiet and each day someone came in and made beds and provided new towels. It was a great stay.

I really like the location and the room. However, there was a smell in the room and on the pillows. I’m not sure if it was cleaning materials that were used or what It could’ve been. it was less intense on the second day of my two day stay however it was still there when I left.

The hotel was fine because we were on the first floor but I wouldn’t have wanted to carry all of our luggage to the second floor. (No elevator)
The bathroom was a closet and the beds were right up against the wall. It was very clean though.
