The bed was comfortable! I liked the layout of the room and my little balcony. I enjoyed my stay and was pleased to be able to walk to so many fountains, parks, and restaurants. The room was light and airy (despite their online pic). I’m so glad I stayed here as I really relaxed and enjoyed my time in Pontevedra.

The hotel was clean and located well. We've got a private parking from the hotel which was across the street and it was convenient to keep our car there. Selection of food for breakfast was quite scarce.

We have double bookings on this hotel. But they did not give us refund on the double bookings. They are fully booked and have our other room (the double booking) rented out. So it is not fair that we stayed only in one room and charged for the price of two rooms.
It would be fair to refund to us the second room that we had paid for.

Right in the middle off the centre. Walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and fast. The room was modern and very nice. The breakfast was good and the only minus was the scrambled eggs and bacon had been to long under the heat. I would absolutely go back to this hotel.

We were upgraded as a courtesy to a higher floor with balcony and tub. Big difference. This room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Excellent linens. Great location.

Nice, modern hotel on the edge of the historic district. The room had big windows and a roomy bathroom with a really great shower. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast room. I would love to stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located in Pontevedra's old town and our room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel itself lacked personality and the staff was efficient but not at all welcoming.

Pontevedre is a lovely old town with a very safe local feel and nice plazas and shopping. This hotel has great secure parking just across the street and is very central to walk to everything. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is just OK but there are numerous cafes and patisseries very close for a nice basic breakfast.

Excellent service, very convenient location for old city, shopping, restaurants and bus/train stations. Wonderful for walking along the river. Only negative was the noise level from other guests.
