Excellent location. Close to restaurants, IMAX, shopping, and to West Yellowstone entrance. Adorable town with friendly people. Our room was spacious and very clean, but the best was the free breakfast. Everything from fresh coffee, eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit. But the best was the change up every day. We stayed 3 nights and our breakfast was different and delicious every morning! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Yellowstone and You will see more wild life going through the West entrance.

Everything in West Yellowstone was easily accessible & we loved this little community. This hotel was clean & quiet, which was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend & would stay there again.

Check in staff rude!!! Room booked with pet through Expedia. Staff informed us room was not set up for pet. Will not return due to attitude of elderly staff lady.

Receptionists were friendly, helpful - overall brilliant.
Room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you need.
Excellent breakfast.
On the downside the lift was very slow and a coach load of tourists filled the breakfast room.

Property is conveniently located right at the entrance of the park. However, the price you pay does not correlate to the quality of the rooms. The room looked like it was from an old motel, showing clear signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, there's not much choice if you were to stay in West Yellowstone.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Yellowstone NP. However, the room was extremely tiny and the walls very thin. I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms, footsteps from above, and because we were right above the dining area, I could hear the conversation below in the morning. This is from someone who is hard of hearing. The breakfast selection was sparse and lacked flavor. The staff was very nice and helpful as I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate. Although the staff was nice and conveniently located, I would not recommend a stay based on the thin walls and price per night.

This is a beautiful property on a quiet street with easy access to all the things. Staff is polite, friendly, and efficient. Traits that are much appreciated after a long day of travel.

Great and recommended stay for anyone with family visiting Yellowstone National Park. The staff was friendly and the check-in/checkout process was quick and easy. Everything in West Yellowstone is within walking distance. I plan to stay in this hotel on my next visit to the area.

The hotel is extremely overpriced. I do not recommend staying there. The staff did not tidy up my room during my stay there. Additionally, WiFi is very unstable.

They are not exactly pet friendly. If you plan to leave your pet in hitel to go out to eat or shop, do not stay here.
They say oet friendly, but you will be requured to sign a form stating you will not leave your pet.
Front staff complained about pet owners expecting to kennel in room while out to eat.
Also 14 year old reprimand by staff for making a mess and didnt realize they had done so. Dogs and children are an inconvenience

This is a great place to stay when touring Yellowstone. This hotel is extremely close to the park entrance. We saw elk every day and one grizzly. The town is very tourist friendly with restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was so nice, the room was clean, the pool was nice and we loved the breakfast.

I booked a superior room and I did not get it.
Hotel is old and price I have paid it’s not worth it. We got a small room on main floor and with razor thin walls it was so noisy entire night. Super small room and I paid almost $400 a night and it is only worth like $100 like any 2 star inns.
Only thing good was breakfast.
I am super disappointed for the price I paid for it.
